My place is close to the beach, Mansions,restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the coziness, and the high ceilings.(been on third floor) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 2 parking spaces available(in the back of the building) washer /drier; the home is on third floor via outside/inside stairs and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Gregg was easy to work with and was very responsive. The house is less than a mile to Scarborough beach. The house had all the amenities our guests needed. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The deck was great for eating dinner or hanging out. The yard was big enough for outdoor games. The house came with plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and even a cornhole set. They even had locks for your bike. I rarely give 5 star reviews, but in this case it is appropriate. Would love to rent again. Thanks for helping to make this a great family vacation.

Our stay at Paul's place in Newport was great. The property was as described with a beautiful view of the harbor. There was some wear and tear in the unit, but no more than one would expect of a place that gets a lot of use. I thought it was clean and was set up well for my wife and me. The location was perfect with many restaurants, shops and sights to see within walking distance. We enjoyed the use of the rooftop deck on several occasions, to see the sunset or to enjoy a cocktail before heading out to dinner. If we head back to Newport someday, I will definitely rent this unit again, if available.

This house was spotless. Everything felt clean, the beds, the bathrooms. 5 bedrooms all nice size and clean. No carpets which is fantastic when you allow dogs. So happy to bring my two Bostons. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Nice backyard and neighborhood. AC worked great. The only thing I would recommend is a door on the outside shower. From CT and we don’t have outdoor showers so it would have been nice to have everyone shower outside. Other than that it was perfect for my family. Loved having the bikes ! Jackie left us wine and snacks totally appreciate it. We had a great week.

Claire’s place was private, quiet, but very close to downtown restaurants and to Roger Williams University. The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay! We didn’t have any issues finding street parking, even on Friday or Saturday. Claire and her mom were both very kind; we would stay again!

Dionne was easy to work with and her rental was perfect for our family. We had 6 people and while the space was cozy and homelike, there were plenty of places to find some personal space when needed. The home was so well equipped and we were able to start our vacation right away without having to track down extra items, like dish soap or tissues. All the thought that went into hosting was very appreciated.

Katie is extremely friendly and always quick to respond to any questions. The home was fully stocked and worked very well for our family. Fantastic closet space and the furniture is quaint. Very spacious rooms which was the perfect place to socialize with family. The location is awesome and we were super close to the beach and the town while still providing a lot of privacy. Would definitely stay here again!
