Host was responsive and accommodating. Great way to visit Newport!

We had a wonderful stay at Peter’s house. Everything was exactly as described. The house is fully stocked with everything. My daughters were impressed by the coffee/ tea provided. We had a wonderful week. Beautiful views of second beach. The yard was perfect for our small dogs to run around. We can’t wait to stay again.

Jennifer and Zach’s place in Wickford Village was better than the listing. My family and I had an amazing trip exploring the village as well as other cities nearby. Wickford Village is super walkable but also has a bunch of shops and restaurants to visit. The home is smartly appointed and very clean. If you need it, this home has it. Jennifer was responsive and proactive at reaching out to make sure our stay was going well. If we decide to come back to the area I’m sure we’d stay again.

Tom was super responsive and the place was perfect for us and our dogs during a weekend agility trial. Close to a lovely grocery store, food, and gas. The neighborhood was also quiet and the view by the water was such a treat. We'd happily stay here again!

Annie's listing is beautiful. The location is 15 minutes away from all the sites in Newport. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Lovely trip to Newport. Location of this house is perfect. Everything was clean and nice and super super easy communication. We forgot some small items and the hosts went above and beyond to mail them back to us.Great stay.

The house was very clean and in a great location. The outdoor area was exceptional and we enjoyed several meals outside as a family. A walk to Pebble Beach (.5 miles) is definitely worth it! Just a lovely beach to spend some time on. We will definitely come back to this area in the future!

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Very nice home. If we come back to the area for work we would definitely like to be able to rent his home.

Pier Escape is perfect! And the Host, Megan is fantastic. This home is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. You will have everything you need for your stay. It is located in the Pier area so you will be about a mile from the town beach and there are tons of shops and restaurants in between! Yet when you are at the home, it is so private! The backyard is wonderful for both day and night activities. Megan is truly a “super host” and provides her renters with a wonderful space to create memories. Thank you!

This is a fascinating carriage house with amazing decor and furniture that is a refreshing change from the particle board we've seen elsewhere (including our own house! ). We love getting to walk over to the Roger Williams Park so easily. The compact but complete kitchen and full sized fridge made it easy to cook for ourselves whenever we wanted. Lots of attention to detail by these hosts!

Sara's place was fantastic! Perfect for our group running a local race. Walkable to Easton's Beach and restaurants in Middletown. the place is extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Sara was excellent: very responsive and accommodating - I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, plenty of space for us. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, different beach gears, a beautiful pool although we didn't use it much due to a cool temperature. Kim was an awesome host. She provided useful local info and tried her best to make things easier for us including possible early check in and late check out. Communication was timely and clearly. Location was convenient. Easy access to New Port, beaches, and all sorts of eateries. Definitely recommend.

We loved Kyle’s place. It was cozy, comfortable beds, gas cook top, a fire pit, a pool (not open yet as it’s April), and plenty of room for my 3 boys to run around and make memories. The commuter train is super close but it was kinda fun to watch it and it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. Close to Jamestown and Wickford for water views, quaint towns and either hiking or shopping. A small park with lots of hiking right down the street (walking distance). 20 minutes to open ocean in Narragansett or 25 to Other beaches. With being at the end of the dead end street and surrounded by woods it’s a middle of nowhere type feel and lots of birds to watch and peaceful to sit by the fire or on the deck.

We stayed a week while attending two local weddings. The house is centrally located and has easy access to a lot of the local beaches, markets, etc. We discovered a farm stand market right in the area (open Wednesday and weekend during our stay) with great produce and tasty baked goods supplied by a local baker. The second floor lounge is a fantastic space in which to relax or play ping pong.

Cori's place is really good. I had chosen this place because I was bringing my furry friend to Newport, unfortunately she passed away 2 weeks prior. When he heard about it, he refunded my the pet fee. That was really something unexpected and really appreciated. The place is really well located, you can walk anywhere in Newport. Just park your car. The place was clean and cute inside. Perfect for 2 and a furry friend. Cori was excellent with communicating before and during our stay. I would definitely go back to this place. My family and another spent a long weekend at this great beach front cottage. Kids enjoyed the cozy loft and the parents each had a bedroom. It was the fall so water was cold but we found plenty to do in the area. Great restaurant just down the street Matunuck Oyster Bar was amazing highly recommend.

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

Grant's place is wonderfully comfortable, peaceful, and pleasant - very neat and clean with tasteful decor and furnishings. It was easy living there partly because it was so well supplied with all you might need. We particularly liked eating, socializing, and lounging on the deck. The location is great. It was a short drive to a number of lovely beaches. We definitely hope to vacation there again.

Linda was an incredible host, she was so helpful, had great recommendations and was happy to help. Her place was clean, easy to access and felt very safe. We loved our time at Linda’s place and feel it’s the best space we’ve rented. We can’t wait to go back!

We knew we weren't going to be on the beach but we wanted to be near the beaches and we were. The cottage was a little Gem in a secluded area off a main road with a private neighborhood behind. The landscaping was so adorable with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit w/ outdoor bbq & seating area. It was cutely decorated with a newer kitchen & ALL the things needed for your stay! The loft bedroom was so cool & games in the L.R.! Our family had a wonderful gathering and fun stay. The beaches were beautiful and we got to bring our dog, Freedom along for the fun! We'd stay here again!
