lovely place to stay,3 min walk to the beach,, plenty of towels for showers, well equipped kitchen, could do with a few more teaspoons, comfy beds .it was an added bonus that there where soon beach chairs available. I would have liked an outside light on for arrival it was difficult to see the access.also could do with the greenery cut back near the steps. we would book again

Very relaxing location, and cozy house

The home is well maintained, the surroundings beautiful. Tina has furnished the home in such a way that it is comfortable and inviting, she has all the amenities listed, and the layout allows for everyone to have great private space. I definitely recommend, even for a winter getaway!

Amazing House on the water . Beautiful pool , comfortable beds so peaceful and serene . Beautiful sunsets and stargazing from the dock . Kayaks were a blast . Sauna was great . Cold lounge was awesome Chris was super responsive and accommodating . Will be back for sure !

A great place to stay with friends or a family. The house itself has a good set up for spending time with people. The view of the lake also has a view of the side of the neighbors house, but it still 100% worth the price

Emily was very responsive and friendly during our decision making process & throughout our stay. Felt like we spent the week at a friend’s home. Extremely clean, warm, welcoming and perfectly decorated for the holidays! Even with pretty cold temps we bundled up to enjoy the back porch. Oh, that view is so tranquil and the sunset’s were IMPRESSIVE! Enjoyed a couple of fires as well. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of good towels, blankets & pillows. Never used the “ master “ shower as we fell in love with the “hall” bath ( seems like a favorite amenity with everyone) Wonderful water pressure & never ran out of hot water. Was a perfect winter getaway. Now to look forward to a stay when it’s a bit warmer to enjoy more of the outside space.

Spent two nights at this beautiful location to celebrate my FIL's 80th birthday. The setup of the home is perfect for separation for different families. The oldest got the walk-in level, my husband and I and our 14 year old took the top floor, my SIL got the basement. The house is decorated just like the pictures. The house itself is a bit dated, but that didn't affect our enjoyment. The location is absolutely beautiful. Easy walk down to the lake and great deck and firepit. We enjoyed grilling down there twice. The next door neighbor and her dog, Heidi, were super nice and friendly. We didn't use any of the water toys, but there were plenty to use. We even jumped a bit on the trampoline and played a little horse. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay on beautiful Lake Hartwell.

Great provate location, plenty of room for our family. Loved sitting on the dock in the evening into night to watch sunset and just watch the lake. very peaceful. Brenda and Mike were very quick to response to a kitchen issue and had it fixed in no time. Great friendly people. Got to watch a storm over the lake. What a site that was. could have done without the 100 degree temp but is a great place. Loved it.

Karen's place is lovely and the location is great! We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops. This is also the most well-stocked place we've ever stayed at. You really don't need to bring anything extra. An added bonus was seeing all the beautiful Christmas decorations at Harbour Town. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay and communication.

Myra's place is absolutely perfect in every way and we would definitely stay again! She was very prompt in answering all of our questions and even offered helpful suggestions. We enjoyed several meals from the screened porch which overlooked the river. We were so excited to see dolphins from the porch!! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated!! Looking forward to another visit to Folly Beach!!!

My family of 5 (3 littles) from charlotte. NC visited HH this labor day weekend and stayed at Teena's place for 4 days. For a big family, there is a lot we need. We cooked most meals and it was helpful to have utensils, pots, pans, basic seasonings. We were right above the pool which meant quick access so we got plenty of pool time which was also open really late to my surprise. Turned out to be the best part of the trip for our kids. The low tide was particularly low when we went so dint enjoy that as much but it was close enough to the harbor, putt putt, lighthouse, dolphin tours, marina, great restaurants and everything we wanted to do. I reccomend bringing a beach wagon and french press if you are coffee snobs like us. we got plenty of sun, great weather the whole time, easy parking, comfortable beds, clean sheets, soft towels and even a late checkout upon request. Light fixtures could use an upgrade. Highly reccomend this place for your stay. Thank you Teena.

Wonderful location. We have stayed in Harbour Town a couple of times and this is the best location there thus far. The place would be tight for 4 people but for only the two of us...it was perfect.

BJ was a great host. They provided detailed thoughtful recommendations of a variety of ways to enjoy the incredible surrounding area. Location is really great!

We had a fabulous stay at Grady’s condo over Thanksgiving. Location was perfect and accommodation was outstanding. We had everything we needed and more! Grady was extremely responsive and a stellar host. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved this place! The view was great and relaxing. Getting to shopping, restaurants, and groceries was so convenient too. Nothing beats staying on the marsh at a great condo!
