The place was comfortable, clean, and in an unbeatable location. Extremely walkable and close to so many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Gabe was very accommodating and responsive. He handled an issue right away, which was really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay was amazing! Close to everything, yet still felt private and secluded. Pat & Pam were very responsive. The place had everything we needed and then some! Having access to bikes was such a bonus! We will definitely be back for another stay the next time we are in the area! Super place and amazing hosts!

Had a great stay at Andrea & Jack's condo! Perfect size for me, my wife, and our 4-month old baby. It was stocked with all the necessary essentials. Balcony has a fantastic ocean view and we could walk to the beach in seconds. Location is perfect and easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants in coligny. Was also very impressed with the beach cruisers that came with the condo. The bikes were very well taken care of and much better quality than the rental bike options. Will absolutely stay again!

Elizabeth’s home was exactly as described. We were in town for the Heritage golf tournament and the home was very close to the trolley pick up and was walking distance to the grocery store and other shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the fire pit each night we were there. The home was perfect for our group of 6.

The stay was excellent. We did have to wait about 30 minutes after we got there for the cleaners to finish getting the condo ready for us. The view was great, the bed was very comfortable as well. My kids loved walking to the beach and picking up seashells. The only issue and it is very tiny was that the master bathroom shower curtain had a small amount of mold on it. When we checked out the cleaning lady was there and I informed her and she said she would get a replacement so the next person wouldn't see it. Overall, excellent stay, great views, quiet and peaceful with a comfy bed.

Jessica’s place was a wonderful place to get away in the North Georgia mountains! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery around the cabin and large back porch was made for relaxation. We did not get a chance to walk the trail beside the cabin but maybe next trip. The location was close to Cleveland and Helen so sightseeing and shopping was very easy. Bill was very helpful and everything was just as described. We will certainly return to Jessica’s little cozy cabin again.

Wonderful experience in Palmetto Dunes! We really enjoyed our stay. Robert was a very helpful host and answered every question I had within minutes. The condo was clean and conveniently located near the elevator. The underground parking garage was also nice since we arrived on a rainy day. We enjoyed the use of cruiser bikes and beach chairs that were included with the unit. The pool was beautiful and the ocean/sandy beach was steps away. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan to return again!

Maurice & Marilyn’s condo was absolutely fantastic for our family of four. The view was out of this world. I was able to watch the sunrise every, single morning on the balcony. The beds are comfy and everyone slept great! There are two outdoor pools and an additional indoor pool/hot tub/spa. We enjoyed every bit of it! The beach was the best part! The boardwalk is totally walkable (if you don’t mind walking). My watch claims it’s about a .33 mile walk from doorstop to beach. We were provided with a beach cart and chairs so we didn’t have to bother bringing our own. There’s a nice outdoor eatery on the beach with bathrooms as well. Anything else we needed (groceries, restaurants, shopping and liquor) was a close drive. We hope to come back next year!

A little cozy space! Beautifully remodeled. Very easy walk to the beach. We had a 2 and 4 year old in tow and it was no problem getting to and from the beach and pool. The Kitchen had everything we needed to cook! Thankful for the coffee pot. There is no dishwasher so be warned lol I didn’t realize and we do lots of eating in, so lots of cleaning each meal. The bedroom is very bright and made it hard to sleep well. I naturally wake up to light and I’d wake at 2am thinking it was 7am, that’s the only complaint I had. I slept better on the pullout couch since it wasn’t as bright. The bedroom only has a curtain and there is a very bright outside light right outside the bedroom window. Overall we’d stay again. Peaceful, great location, and a beautiful beach & pool.

Al was wonderful to work with and this house was perfection! We’ve stayed in several homes in Greenwood Forest (and been in many others) and this was our favorite! My friends and I had wonderful stay at Matt's home located in the Landing at Reynolds Lake Oconee. The location could not be better, very central, a very short walking distance to the Restaurant, clubhouse pool and golf course. This was my second time staying at this home and plan to make it the main lodging place as I continue to travel there for pleasure and business. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, ideal for 4-8 people. It has two levels of living space so it was nice when a few of us wanted to chill in the living room upstairs. Matt was very responsive to my emails, sent my friends their gate passes, check in and check out and was easy. I'm looking forward to booking my next stay with Matt very soon!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is peaceful and relaxing. We had everything we needed. The bird nature walk is nearby. We enjoyed visiting with the local people on our walks around town and in the restaurants. Tetia was great to work with and very helpful. We are hoping to stay there again when we come back in late summer.

The pictures do not do it justice! It did match the pictures posted on the site, but inside the home was bigger than expected. Beautifully decorated in coastal decor. We absolutely LOVED being able to walk down to Harbour Town for treats, shopping and entertainment. Thank you Tom for a wonderful stay!!!

Short walk on a great boardwalk to the beach. Beach chairs, mats and umbrella in storage locker on the way. Had groceries delivered and cooked most of our meals at the condo. Used the free Breeze trolley a couple of times to eat at some excellent restaurants. Easy access to the trolley pickup just a few steps from the building. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and welcome after a long day at the beach and indoor pool. Staff at the resort were very helpful. Ornela was marvelous and answered messages promptly. If I make it to Hilton Head again, I will definitely look to see if this listing is available first.

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.

This condo is exactly as listed, quiet and relaxing. It is definitely our home away from home! Love coming here and enjoying everything the condo and Hilton Head Island have to offer. Dennis is a very responsive host and the condo is kept up and very clean, comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit already!!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for the perfect place to enjoy Hiilton Head. The amenities were all within a short walk and the fishing was an even shorter walk. I can't wait to come back again.
