We spent a month here and felt at home from the moment we arrived. A beautifully remodeled farm home with a picturesque view of the foothills and farmland. Super close to Yaoola Creek park and Dahlonega center, too. And if any issue arose, they responded immediately. Jeana, the property manager, went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an escape to the beautiful north Georgia countryside.

My family and I had a great time staying here. My kids loved the pool & gaming area. My husband loved watching March madness in the sunroom. It’s a 10min walk to the beach. Everything was so clean. We would deff stay again.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay here! Dahlonega is only about an hour away from home for us, but we love the little town. We didn’t want to travel too far for just a weekend, so we picked somewhere close to home, but still enough distance to get away. From the ease of booking, to the communication from the host, to the directions, to our arrival and pictures doing the place just, and so much more. It was clean. It’s kid friendly which is what sold us as a family of 6 with our youngest being 3. The older kids loved the hot tub, while our 3 year old loved the toys and the playground. All of us loved the yard and open area. We enjoyed making s’mores by the fire at the beautifully lightened outdoor patio. There is a home next door, but it still felt very private. We so enjoyed our stay for my 30th birthday celebration. The kids want to come back! We would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! Thank you Michael and Sydney for an incredible experience!

Christine accommodated us on short notice and nothing was overlooked. She was communicative and welcoming. The house is so well decorated and has a feeling of being a home away from home. It’s clean, comfortable and quaint. The design is the highest rating I could give for a tiny house. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend.

This place was terrific! Even better than the pictures. Clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was great as were the bedrooms and outside amenities. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful cottage, peaceful and felt at home. The snacks along with the little dog treats for my dog Goose was the icing on the cake! Great place to stay!!

We had an awesome time unplugging with our family! It was quite and beautiful! Our family rented his small cabin and the larger one. They were very responsive if we needed anything or had questions. We will be back!

My dog usually barks at anything that moves. She found peace and quiet. Not even a whimper all night. That was her first time away from home and that was an absolute plus for us.

Matthew’s place was fantastic! The location is great as the beach is only a short walk away, and there are also several shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. The house itself is very cozy and had plenty of space for the number of guests we had. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom having its own toilet was convenient. Our dogs absolutely loved playing in the giant and dreamy backyard and I enjoyed working remotely out there and getting to watch them play. I would highly recommend Matthew’s place to anyone who wants to bring their four legged friends to the island!

I loved my stay at this cottage. We had the need for accommodations on short notice and Wanda was so very kind and responsive. Upon arriving at the cottage we were welcomed with such a comforting and inviting feeling it almost reminded me of my childhood home. The place was very clean and well stocked. We loved the space and I look forward to coming back to the area for another stay in the future.

The place was very clean & fresh. Good location, 15 min. drive to downtown, but, many walkable restaurants nearby. Leslie was very responsive. Space was a bit small for two people with luggage. Overall, I recommend this place.

I immediately felt and right at home from the moment I walked in the door. Super cute, the perfect size. Everything is super cute from the decor to the little fire pit in the back. I just fell in love with this lovely cottage, and lotts of deers 🦌 😍, i was able to thank God for all that hes blessed us with thru good and bad,having a peaceful gathering were we came together and fellowship. Everything was great from the snack to welcome after a long drive and nice cold water and a fresh clean home to rest,perfect bathroom,,a perfectly furnished home,2thumds up.greatly appreciate 😊, will share and return 😊.

This was a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a few days but still close enough to anything you may want to visit. The hosts were very nice people to meet, and our kids loved them as well!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The duplex is in a quiet area directly across from the beach. Berts, the local grocery was about .6 miles so walkable if you just need a few items. We loved sitting on the screened porch playing cards and drinking our morning coffee. The house was cozy, clean, and cutely decorated. Perfect size for our family of 4 plus our 40lb doodle. There isn’t a ton of grassy spots right at the house so definitely take a flash light if you plan to take your pup out before bed. We definitely recommend this duplex for a family getaway!

My Wife and I had a great time at Brian's little house. The house was well thought out and a perfect space for a couple or small family.
