I had a wonderful stay in this facility. The location is really ideal: it is in a quiet area but within walking distance of the main attractions and well connected by public transport, which makes it easy to reach every point of the city. Perfect for both business travelers and leisure travelers. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable. Every corner was taken care of in every detail, and the room was cozy and tidy, making us feel at home from the start.

Hans’ place is simply great and exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious, clean, functional, well equipped, and has a nice kitchen. The location is perfect as well, situated in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, close to the U line, and just two stops from the Center. Highly recommended!

The first time driving, you almost let your heart stand. Curvy narrow mountain road with fantastic views. You get used to driving quickly. The warm welcome also included a super tasty bottle of its own apple juice in the fridge.... The apartment is under the owners' apartment.... and agreements worked quickly and simply at all times. The apartment has two bedrooms and is more than sufficient for a family with one or two children. Indoor bathroom with tub is also spacious. Only you have to leave the light on for some time after showering or bathing so that the trigger gets the moisture away. Kitchen has everything you need in an apartment.... Even a dishwasher!! (There is no microwave.... but do you need that? We didn't miss it.) There is life in the house, at night you can hear maximum the village cats or the rippling of the rain and the roaring of the thunder. Tours can also start directly at the house.

Stay was great, very clean and modernly furnished. Have and felt right at home. Truly deserves a full five stars!

David’s place was very comfortable and it was great to be able to do a few loads of washing after having been snowboarding. I have suggested David add a hairdryer and a kettle to the apartment which he has agreed to do. It was handy to be able to store my luggage in the apartment until my mid afternoon train. Thank you!

Very friendly hosts, flexible and always available for any requests. Very convenient and large apartment. Very well equipped and everything was in great condition. Well located. Could have stayed there longer than planned. Would recommend to friends and stay again on another occasion.

Amazing option. The house is located not far from a city with a railway connection, offers great views right outside of the porch, not far from quite a few tourist attractions, thanks to developed regional railway network. If you do not plan on driving, be prepared to hike a little (was great for our group). The house itself is very well maintained. It is clean, warm with all necessary pieces to stay in it provided by the owner. Nice mattresses, kitchen and bathrooms. I can recommend this place and will probably visit it again myself.

I had a wonderful stay in Ingeborg's flat. The hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was exactly as described and in immaculate, clean condition. I can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

The location of this place could not be better. Everything is right outside the door and short walk to sites, restaurants, shops. Easy check in, clean, comfortable apartment, quick communication. One note, there was a very noisy family upstairs. Lots of screaming kids and stomping on the floor. Not sure if they are permanent residents but worth mentioning because it may be annoying if you don't have a tolerance for it.

We stayed four nights in Imsterberg in Daniela's apartment. It was fantastic, the apartment as described - everything super clean and very lovingly furnished. We were very warmly welcomed, got very good excursion tips and toasted along with homemade liquor. Daniela is a great host - super warm and friendly. We felt very comfortable at Haus Kunz. It all worked out, the area of the pool - really perfect. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back.

Great stay at Myriam and Andi's apartment. Very clean and spacious. Very responsive hosts. The best feature is the hot tub and barrel sauna. These amenities make this listing stand out from the rest.

I love the private wellness area with a two-person jacuzzi, sauna, and showerhead. There are four bedrooms with king-size beds that are very soft and comfortable. Mikail is very nice and easygoing; I can easily ask questions, and he provides detailed answers. Check-in and check-out are straightforward. The place is very clean, just as expected, and everything is as described. The washing machine is located outside the wellness area, shared with another apartment. The neighbor used it at night, so I used it in the early morning. I found the neighbor still using the dryer in the morning, but it didn’t bother me as I simply hung my wet clothes in my accommodation, and they dried by the evening. If you love cooking, you will really enjoy the kitchen. The garden is lovely; I could see the mountains and enjoyed the first snowfall during my stay. If you value privacy, this is the perfect place to enjoy family time, dinner, the jacuzzi, and the sauna!

Very pleasant stay. We were there for a short wellness weekend and enjoyed it a lot. Especially great was that everything was excellently labeled and you couldn't go wrong. As someone who loves to cook, the only small shortcoming is that the kitchen equipment is quite manageable. But that's not negative in the review. Thomas is very careful that his guests are well! He sent a lot of inspiration at the beginning so that you can orient yourself directly if you have any questions, he was quickly available. Even after departure, he was very helpful to us as I had forgotten something in the apartment, he made it possible for us to hand over to friends. We were very grateful to be able to vacation at this accommodation.

I would especially like to highlight the hospitality of the hosts. Even before we arrived, communication was smooth, and during our stay were supported with helpful tips and quick responses. You also asked again if everything is okay and we are satisfied. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. We can recommend this place to anyone and are looking forward to coming back!
