Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Saugatuck

Enjoyed our stay. House comfortably housed our group and had a spacious living area. Backyard was very nice with a view if the river. We would definitely stay again.

Jessica was super proactive and responsive. Even ordered us more coffee and had it delivered. Hot tub and air hockey were a ton of fun. It was a good location about ten minutes from most things to Grand Rapids.

Excellent stay at at Erin's - great location and good amenities. Things I loved the most: super convenient fenced in yard for my dog, super walkable to the cute downtown with lots of businesses open (even during the winter!), it was well-insulated against the frigid temps, and the set-up of the space was exceptional—really cozy lofted bedroom, set up in a way you can tell there's some history to the building! Some things worth noting: Wouldn't be a great place for people with mobility issues as the bedroom is up a flight of stairs, and there's a little step from the brick entry to the rest of the house. The hot tub water level was a little low, but I didn't text the hosts about this bc I assumed adding water would make the hot tub unusable considering how cold outside temps were.

We loved our stay at Fennvilla. The property was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub, walking the property and the tree swing. The house was well furnished - beds were comfortable and linens were nice quality! Kitchen was well stocked. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

We were a large, two-family group at the Maple St house, for Thanksgiving. The house was ideal for us - plenty of space for adults and kids, great sleeping arrangements, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our holiday dinner. We walked to the beach, but not town only b/c it was cold and windy. Great location! I bet it’s dreamy in summer. Great neighborhood. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere in the area. all of the amenities were great! The cabin is beautiful. The fireplace was cozy and we used it every day, Firewood was provided. The hot tub was a huge hit with the cold weather snap we had during our stay. The basement was a gold,ine for our kids. They loved playing air hockey and all of the classic video games. This cabin is 5 star

Great place to stay while in the Grand Rapids area. Close to highways, food and shopping. The house was very clean, stocked great and lots of fun games for every age. Host was very responsive.

We enjoyed Ethan's home as a getaway for 3 couples who love to play pool, prepare good food, and sit by the fire. Ethan's stay has a very decent pool table, spacious kitchen, and the fireplace was simple to operate. A bonus was the hot tub, which fits 6, more comfortably 5. Everything was comfortable and as expected, with plenty of room in all the common areas. The living space was especially cozy. The iPad & speaker system on the main level was a nice touch. The outside area is quite private and functional with a grill and outdoor seating. Basically, we used all the amenities this property has to offer, and everything went smoothly. My only caution would be to mind the outside deck parameter after dark, as there is minimal lighting, and it was difficult to see the stairs and walkway leading to the hot tub.

10/10 recommend this place for your next trip! The air bnb was clean and fully stocked with everything you could ever need for a fun pool vacation! We didn’t bring children on this trip, but you easily could! I noticed the house has a highchair, baby gates, toys, pool floats, and dishes for children and babies. So cool to see such an accommodating place! The pool and hot tub are incredibly beautiful and easy to use. Also loved how many sleeping spaces there are and how much room there is in and around the house for spending time with the people you love. This air bnb is also a 5 min drive to so many yummy local restaurants in downtown Saugatuck. My only regret is not staying longer!

This is a great place to stay in Saugatuck/Douglas if you are looking for all the feels in autumn. I’m sure it has that during the other seasons as well. The pool/hot tub were perfect. Outdoor fire pit and games provide plenty to do for the family. Inside is very cozy and modern finishes. 5 minute drive from everything you need in the area. Very solid property

Stayed here with my adult children and it was perfect. Loved the separate bedroom over the garage. Great location, quieter in Douglas, but close to Saugatuck.

House was great for a family get away during the off season! Had a couple of hiccups with water heater and hot tub that were very quickly resolved. Loved the location which made it very walkable to restaurants in Douglas and a very short drive to Saugatuck.

We LOVED this place! We stayed in the house with 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 11 months-6 years old). Grandma and Grandpa stayed at the hotel located on property too and they came to the house for meals and hanging out and we had plenty of space. House was clean, bathrooms were stocked, and beds were comfy. The laundry was a great thing to have on a family trip with lots of kids! The staff and host were very helpful and friendly. John responded to messages quickly and if we needed anything we stopped at the front desk and they helped right away. The pools, beach, park, and fire pit were loved by everyone and used daily by our group. The lake access on the property is not easily accessible for young children but South Beach is just a short drive away if you want lake access for swimming. The sunset view is amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch every night while the kids played in the grassy area. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation spot!

Another great year! We’ve being doing a girls weekend every fall for the past 4 years and always stay here. Great location and excellent house with plenty of room.

Wood was an amazing host. The place was very open and it was nice to have 3 bedrooms for space just incase the family we were visiting wanted to come see us for it snowed pretty bad once we got up there but the snow was a beautiful touch. The backyard was beautiful with the wood trees. We didn't have neighbors which was SO nice and peaceful to just have private space and quietness. The fire place was a nice touch. Just make sure the flue is open. Someone before us used the fireplace so we assumed they kept it open when we got there which they didn't and had an issue with that for a good portion of the first night there but Wood was so easy to get ahold of and was very easy going to communicate with. The hot tub was so easy to use and so warm and big! It kept me entertained for most of my Saturday. Will definitely go back there for the summer time!

WOW, WOW, WOW. STUNNING. This house has everything, is beautiful inside and out, and just perfection. There were 9 of us who rented this for the weekend in celebration of my mother-in-law‘s birthday. From where we slept, to where we cooked, to where we ate, to where we spent time, it was all completely perfect. We left saying we have to make this an annual thing. The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.

Bring enough food for your trip because once you check in you will feel so comfortable and right at home that you won’t want to leave!!! The kitchen is so well stocked to cook, there was not anything unthought of to entertain family, friends and kids. Not once did my kids say they were bored because there was board games, movies and the arcade. What a wonderful place and a great winter retreat!

Fantastic. Home! A 5 minute drive to town center with great blueberry farms, bars and restaurants. But the home was modern, quiet and situated perfectly on a private property. Hosts were very very responsive.

We loved our stay at 11 Acres. The house was spacious and well appointed. We would have loved a few more cooking basics in the kitchen but overall we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, hot tub and small lake.

We had a great time! Great place! Everything was easy!
