Very responsive management company, who went above and beyond (providing recs for transportation services, for example). Home is in great location - unobstructed lake views in many areas of the home. Neighbors only to one side, as well. Thanks for hosting us!

We loved staying at Tim's place right on the water! The hot tub was perfect on the cool nights and the place was decorated gorgeously. Would definitely book again!

This house was the best I have ever rented! the house is beautiful and extremely well equipped. There were more items in this kitchen than I have in my own! We had 8 guests total and there was plenty of room for us to spread out during our stay. Stephanie was very responsive, always answering my questions early. She was also able to accommodate an early check in, which helped us out! I can't say enough good things about this property and the rental process. I hope to visit this area again in the summer when I will be able to take advantage of the beach a bit more and I won't even be looking around for another rental. This house was perfect! If you are deciding between this house, or another, let me say-DO IT, it's the best!

Use provided instructions on how to get there instead of the ones from Google, in the final part. The house is either new or recently renovated. Very nice and beautifully decorated. All the appliances are new and upscale. There are washer and dryer that tenants can use. Tap water is very clean, but there is also an additional filtering system installed, very big plus. Hot tub and sauna is another big plus, especially in winter. The view is amazing, even in December. Some instructions and house rules could have been a little more detailed, but the host was very responsive and friendly answering questions. And some people would feel better having less instructions. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We loved our stay here! The views from all the balcony’s were beautiful. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Douglas was a short walk away for coffees in the morning. We drove to downtown Saugatuck because it was cold. On a nice summer night, it would have been a nice walk!

We love staying in a home that had all the equipment to make real meals for our family! Everyone had their own space and amenities for kids- cozy cuddle area w twinkle likes, game area w race cars and outdoor playground were bit hits for our granddaughter. The older crew enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine by the fire. Would def recommend.

Brian’s place was a great spot for my friends and I to celebrate new years. We were blown away with the views, cleanliness, and amazing responses from Brian. He is very flexible and helpful. I would love to stay here again!

Our stay at Tyler’s home in Saugatuck was very enjoyable, and worked well for our large extended family. The house really suited our group well from our toddlers and babies to grandparents, and everyone in between, the house was large enough to accommodate our group ( 6 adults & 5 children) very well. The yard and outdoor space was extremely spacious and private. Our group enjoyed the hot tub, which was clean and easy to use. We cooked most meals at home, and the kitchen was a great size and stocked with everything we needed to cook. The house was a bit lived in, but very clean and everything functioned as it should. One thing worth noting is that the pond has grown in since the photos were taken, and it’s a bit green with some cattails growing. There’s a nice cleared area in front of the home, easy access to enjoy the water. As you might expect, the water draws geese to the area, so most mornings required a quick cleanup of goose poop, which we didn’t mind.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on Mona Lake! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host’s communication was fantastic—quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay. We’d definitely come back!

So many sweet memories made here. The beach is very large, and the home is spacious with a great, open floor plan. The clean beds and bathrooms were so relaxing and calming to come home to after our day of adventures as a family. We can’t wait to hopefully stay again!

The cabin is nestled on a little slice of heaven in a private, forest setting. A ‘deer-family’ visited us frequently. Ample amenities. We didn’t realize that the ‘unattached-second bedroom/sitting room’ was ours to use until later in the trip because we didn’t realize what the unmarked ‘extra key’ opened. The cabin is small, but for two adults and a dog, it was quaint, cozy, clean, and adequate. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinners everyday. The dog and the evening storms kept us in at night. The roads were easy to navigate and we spent a lot of time playing in South Haven, Saugatuck, and Fennville. The lakeshore overlook was a bit scary with a dramatic and steep drop-off so if you had young children or a rambunctious dog (oh wait?! That was ME!), be forewarned. Otherwise, the view was outstanding. We really enjoyed our time and hopefully someday our paths will cross again.

We greatly enjoyed All the Waters. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing house and grounds. We loved the private beach and enjoyed the view of the lake and sunsets sitting on the bluff. The 5+ minute trek to and from the beach was no problem for our geezer legs or our adult children carrying their toddler. We had plenty to do in the area on a rainy day.

Greg and Kim are wonderful hosts. The property is beautiful and authentic - beautifully landscaped, magical. It's perfect - we'll return every chance we get.

We were 3 adult couples: grandma & grandpa, our adult children and their spouses plus they had an 18 month old and a 15 month old between them. The accommodations were great for us. The first floor “great room” of kitchen, dining area and living room was safe for the babies and easy to keep an eye on them. The tram helped immeasurably transporting the babies to the semi-private beach. And we were close enough to make multiple quick drives to the grocery store. Qiuyan was very responsive and helpful and even offered us a partial credit because we could only stay 4 of the 5 nights we rented. We highly recommend this idyllic vacation spot. Thank you!

Kathleen’s place is a GEM of a location ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The Studio had everything we needed. The Murphy bed slept great . The quartz counter top island proved to be very convenient for meals in a small space. The beach chairs were good quality . The bedsheets were a higher grade as well.

My family and I had an excellent stay. Condo was clean, stocked with kitchen and laundry supplies and beach chairs. Has a beautiful view and can hear the waves crashing in the distance. Very close to the pool, beach snack shack and Bunde’s. We will definitely we coming back.

I’ve rented a number of places in this area and Riverdance was very special! The home was clean and well appointed with all you need. Location awesome - everything we like to do (downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach and hiking trails) was 10 mins or less alway. Kitchen well appointed. The star was the pool and we enjoyed it so much! A pool with no fencing between the pool and the river - that is rare and GOLD! Todd was great to deal with and very responsive. Great property, great stay!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

My family of four had a great stay! We had our one year old sleep in his travel crib in the large closet (previous reviews indicated this used to have a single bed, it is now a storage area) and five year old slept on the Murphy bed in the living room which she thought was so cool. We cooked a couple of meals and the kitchen had everything we needed for our small group, hosts provided salt & pepper but bring everything else you need. We loved the pool and went in several times, water was warm. Be careful not to pull the pool gate closed all the way behind you as we had a hard time getting out! The walk down to the beach wasn’t too bad, if you have toddlers we had a much easier time bringing them up and down the hill in a stroller. Loved the host’s recommendations for things to do with kids! Had a great time going to Lemon Creek and Round Barn, the Night Market and Silver Harbor Brewing with the host’s VIP card, and did some u-pick at a nearby farm. Thanks again

Best in South Haven! I lived in South Haven every summer during my childhood and this condo was the best of what South Haven has to offer.

Host was very responsive. The space was really big and the master bed was comfortable. The second bedroom was attached through a shared sitting room. For a Winter stay it was warm and could only imagone how much fun this stay would be in the Summer.
