Vacation rentals with beach access in Satilla River

This place is a real gem. The view is amazing and sitting out on the patio, you can hear the waves. The place is super stylish with modern and comfortable furniture. Their interior decoration is on point. The AC worked well and we had all the amenities we needed. We will try and rent this again. It was just such a phenomenal stay!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! Well stocked and very clean. The best part though, THE VIEW! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. We will be back for sure. The apartment was so comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was large and so comfortable. The house is located on the North River complete with a covered dock and there was a private screened porch with tables and chairs. We had dinner on the screened porch beside the gardens with fountains. This was the best Air BNB we ever stayed at. Thank you, Don and Annie. Our ferry trip to Cumberland was wonderful. We took our bikes on the ferry and had the best day. Kimblewood is located about 10 min from the ferry dock in St Mary’s. I recommend the ferry trip to this most amazing natural barrier island.

Jerry's home is exactly as pictured, and I felt at home from the moment I entered it. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable living room and dining area and two spacious bedrooms with the most comfortable beds I and my guests have slept on in a very long time. The ability leave the comforts of this home and walk across the street to a beautiful and quiet beach was exactly what I was seeking. In addition, my more active guests walked the island -- to the lighthouse to the north down to the SP in the south or spent time wandering the beautiful and historic downtown area with fabulous restaurants and live music. Next time staying I will investigate bike and boogie board rentals to expand my 'discovery zone' Highly recommend Jerry's home for all those wishing to find a get-a -way from the hustle and bustle of life.

We have stayed in several Air B&B homes, and this one by far exceeded our expectations! The home was so inviting and comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed! I can’t wait to book with them again!

This house is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for a large family or multiple couples. We had 8 people and it was perfect! Loved the back porch with a tv, huge master bedroom and bath and open concept living area and kitchen. Ryan was amazing to work with! Even mailed us back some clothes we left behind. Easy walk to the lovely beach and several great restaurants! Fiddlers and Crab Daddys are awesome! Downtown is walking distance too! Loved our stay at this amazing property!

Emily’s townhouse is a great location and fantastic space for a big group. It’s easily walkable to beach access, K & P, and restaurants. My family spent Thanksgiving here, and we had ample space for cooking, lounging, and sleeping. There’s lots of stairs! The living space is on the second floor, and most bedrooms are up from there. The lower level is a converted garage - very cool use of space! It forms a unique two-room set up that’s perfect for family use. One small detail is that all showers are en-suite - but there are half baths both up and on the main levels. We loved our time here - great hosts and lovely home. Thanks for sharing it!

This house is in a wonderful location for beach lovers. We had everything we needed. Lynne responded right away when I texted her. Beds were comfy! Kitchen was well stocked. I am returning in April. Love this spot!

Let me start with Madia was fantastic and very quick to respond. I would definitely visit this place again the condo was spacious and clean. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood and was close to many dining options. The condo is decorated wonderfully the beds are comfortable the linens are clean and comfortable. The living area was a great place for the family to come together and talk. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting St Simmons.

this beautiful accommodation was a vacation in and of itself. watching and hearing the waves break from the living and dining areas were an unforgettable experience. the bedrooms were great with tvs and amazing linens. i would love to come back and stay longer.

Our family had an amazing stay at Jennifer's home! There were 8 of us plus two small dogs, and we never felt crowded at all. The living room felt so open and roomy and had an expansive marsh view. The decor was very tasteful and not overcrowded, which I really appreciated. It felt like someone's actual home and not just a vacation rental staged to remind you that you're at the beach. The teens/ young adults enjoyed having their own space downstairs with a kitchenette to keep snacks and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces - firepit on the marsh side and hammock tucked away in another part of the yard . The walk to the beach was very easy - a quick walk down to the end of the quiet street and then a trail through a wooded area down to East Beach which was gorgeous and uncrowded. This was maybe a 5 minute walk. We all really enjoyed the trail! My kids thought it seemed like a secret path through the forest. Overall, I would highly recommend Jennifer's home on SSI!

This is a beautiful, spacious, very clean and well organized house. Every morning we sat on the deck, drank coffee, and listened to a cardinal sing. The beach was close, easy to access and a relaxing walk in the sand. I would definitely rent this house again!

Plenty of space for family and well-appointed for a short or extended stay. Walking distance to the beach and a couple of restaurants nearby. Great accommodations for secure parking and unloading/loading.

Although our stay was short, weekend getaway for a family members birthday, we felt relaxed and comfortable. Laurel was excellent in communications without being intrusive and ensured our needs were met. We would love to stay here again, hopefully for a longer stay.

Great location, right across from beach access, beautiful surroundings, miles of walking/ bike trails. The condo itself is a tiny bit dated but it was very clean. I would definitely stay again though. I had a couple of last minute issues on my part and Amelia Destinations were extremely helpful, and replied back almost immediately, even after hours. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you for making it a great last minute trip before school starts back!

This condo was great for our girls weekend. It was right on the beach, had a pool for the condo residents/visitors, and was spacious and well-equipped. The amenities such as the beach towels, Keurig, and digital TV channels were a nice touch. The bathrooms were nicely updated and the beds were comfortable.
