Waterfront vacation rentals in Saronic Islands

Addresses in Athens are often hard to find, definitely use google maps as apple maps is not up to date. Arrival details should include next to Tropical Hotel. Struggled to find the property. There was several issues during our stay but Krassy went above and beyond to address them often answering messages in real time even late at night. She brought us treats and even a brand new router. My only other complaint is the road in front of the property is extremely loud having said that you can’t hear it when you aren’t on the balcony. Recommend this property and would say Krassy is a 10/10 host.

Kostas and his family were very helpful and friendly during our trip. They were the best hosts. The listing was just as described. The sea-facing terrace is great and it was nice to eat and spend time with the family. Three bedrooms allowed family members to have their own peace. The sea is right next door and a couple of hundred meters away is the nearest beach for swimming, the larger sandy beaches are a kilometer and two kilometers away. We also had a lovely girl cat with us, who is really friendly and close to people. Remember to put water on the table for him! Daskalio village has really steep hills, so you have to drive carefully with the car and if you do jogging, there are good opportunities for uphill training. The area is peaceful and when we were there before the actual summer holiday season, the restaurants were not open for a week. The nearest decent grocery stores are in Keratéa, so driving is essential.

If you’re reading this, look no further - this is THE best place to stay in Aegina. Extremely comfortable and hands down the best views of the island and the docks. Also Thanos is awesome. Book it!!!

Great stay. The host was very responsive. Dropped on star from check in only because it required key hand-off rather than enter by code; because host was in close communication it wasn't really much of a burden. Location is great; close to key sights and restaurants. Great balcony view. Considering how busy the town was during the day the apartment was quite quiet at night, so easy to sleep. Air conditioning and wifi worked great. Apartment was clean and looked much as advertised. Very comfortable, with a good couch for sitting, kitchen table for sprawling gear, etc. Would recommend.

This Airbnb was pure magic. Located right on the water in the most luxurious part of town, the setting couldn’t have been more ideal. Waking up to sea views and being steps from the marina made every moment feel special. The space itself is cozy, quiet, and beautifully designed — every detail feels intentional, from the soft linens to the stylish decor. It’s incredibly comfortable and instantly feels like a retreat. Evenings were our favorite part. A short walk along the waterfront brought us to amazing restaurants, with yachts gently swaying nearby and the sky glowing at sunset. It felt like a movie. If you’re looking for the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and location, this is it. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — and we’re already dreaming of coming back.

We really enjoyed Kariofyllis’s place, the location was really good with plenty of things to do in the surroundings, also not far from the main touristic sites. The appartement had every things you need and was really good to rest after a big day exploring around. You can also have a swim in the morning right across the street. Thank you :)

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

This a small but lovely stone beach house. There is a large patio outside the door, which opens out onto the amazing view beyond the patio. There is a beautiful little pool just off the patio. But for us, the highlight was the beach. Just below the wall of the patio, literally steps away, is a lovely, quiet stretch of pebbled beach. We swam as the sun came up. It was beautiful. The house is on the property with another house, but, although friendly and helpful, the owners did not intrude or bother us in any way. We really enjoyed our time here. We hope we can come back again one day!

The month of May in Spetses is difficult to beat. Warm weather, flowers and shrubs in full bloom and, because it is not full tourist season, it is lively but not crowded. Mariana’s simple traditional house is hard to beat. The very large rear patio with its excellent barbecue and a large electric canopy above a dining table still manages a good sea view. The house is close enough to the action - a 15 minute walk to the main town along the main road. Mariana is extremely helpful and on hand via AirBnb messaging at any time. Her father, Yannis, is the perfect and charming onsite host - nothing is too much for him. Ask him for taxi number - Kostas, his nephew with new Mercedes people carrier - again, charming. A great stay.

The house was perfect for a family vacation, the views were incredible and it had every possible amenity. Demy, the girl who greeted us, was attentive to us at all times. We can't thank you enough for your attention! Everything was great

Día is so welcoming, present for any advice we need, and always with a smile. She is a very beautiful person and we are very happy to have met her. We really recommend this house,so beautiful, so relaxing, with an amazing view. We will always remember this vacation.

We just loved Amalia and Costos. So friendly. We felt like family. Views are BEAUTIFUL!! Spetses is amazing just like Amalia. She even arranged a taxi for us to get back to port with our luggage and saw us off. Would love to stay there again.

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

Very nice house with beautiful surroundings. Very clean! When we came we were warmly welcomed by Anna and generous gifts: fresh fruit, homemade marmelades, olivoil from their farm, wine and more. Good snorkling nearby, we saw a lot of fish, octopus and a big turtle. Everything was perfect! Thanks! Aja and Michael

We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how well everything worked out. My Wife was thrilled I found this place! Our hostess was super friendly and gave us all kinds of recommendations for things to do and places to see. If you love coffee, amazing pastries and Mediterranean food, it’s everywhere and all only a short walk away. This little apartment has views of the port that are second to none and air conditioning on both levels. A motorized window shade keeps the bedroom private and offers an incredible sunrise view if that’s your thing. Multiple options for public transportation are just a short walk away. Taxis, buses, light rail and the subway. This is definitely a place you should consider if Athens is part of your European adventure.

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

Me and my friend loved our week here. Before we had even arrived Anna was helpful and quick to respond to any questions, she helped bus a taxi from the airport straight to the airport (and the same when we were travelling home), and even let us access the apartment earlier than 3pm to drop bags off! Artemida is a lovely location, beautiful beaches and great restaurants just on the doorstep. There’s little convenience stores round the corner, or a My Marker (a bigger supermarket) only 10 minutes walk away, which we found had everything we needed when getting some food in for our stay. The apartment is also above a cafe and a pharmacy. We loved having both balconies to enjoy the sea and watch the sun set/rise. The public transport is easy to navigate too, we had a day in Athens by getting the bus and the train! Overall, a lovely mix of city and sea and by the end of the week we wished we had more time :)

Within three minutes’ walk, you’re on a quiet, clean, gorgeous beach! This was one of the things that attracted us here, and it was even better than we had imagined! The incredible views from the terrace and the peaceful location were just what we were looking for. The apartment was perfect for us - comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen. And the additional outside shower was brilliant! Elena was a wonderful host. So friendly, kind, and attentive. She and her parents made us feel so welcome! It was hard to leave!

Marilena is a person who cares about her guests. She does everything to make sure we have a nice stay. Both in the communication, recommendations and service it offers. Thanks also to the locals for always greeting us with a smile. We were able to do everything we wanted (walking, beach, visiting Athens, eating, swimming, sunbathing, etc.).
