I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Love this area and house had everything we needed. Had a great time. Great host. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable would be my only critique.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. Everything perfect, great location, Lena and Mick were very very friendly and helpful. They were always there for us at all times. They have very sweet and quiet animals (dogs Harry and Raffa) 2 cats. We immediately felt at home. The pool was always clean and usable at all times. The little house was big enough and you had enough space, everything sufficiently available. We have been vacationing in this corner for 24 years, we will definitely be happy to come back here.

We only stayed here for a night on the way from Athens to the Peloponnese but it was all we expected. Katerina was super responsive and nice 😊

We had a great time at Aristo’s. House was lovely and everything was as described. We really enjoyed the fireplace which gave the house such a cozy vibe. Nice and private and peaceful. Host was very responsive and friendly. We only regret not using the hot tub!!

Amalia is a super host! We loved the place and it was even better than we expected! It's located right at the beach and at night you can fall asleep hearing the waves. The house is freshly renovated and has absolutely everything one might need. The location is impeccable. We took a sea taxi from Kosta and it left us right in front of the house. This is a really comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor. It's a bit like staying in someone's home (to be clear, you have the place to yourself) as it has little personal details & a cosy vibe. The button to ring the apartment wasn't clear but we rang Elina (the host) on the phone & she came down straightaway to let us in. There is a little elevator that comfortably fits 2 people. It would not fit a wheelchair. It has a big living area with a separate kitchen and dining area. It's a really good space if you are 4 people. Elina was lovely when we met her & she showed us around the apartment. She also went out of her way to accommodate us extending our stay twice. The apartment is on a reasonably quite road.However, it is near a busy road. I brought ear plugs & slept really well. There's a lovely Japanese restaurant (Zuzuto Ramen) a couple of doors away & other nice cafes nearby. We recommend this to anyone who wants a good sized cosy relaxing living space. Tracy & Dave :)

The airbnb was perfect. It had all the amenities listed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The host was also very responsive and helpful, guided me perfectly. It was located in the perfect spot too. The heating and AC were amazing as well. It was 100% worth the money, especially for an Airbnb like this !! Extremely satisfied.

The space is on the 1st floor of a small and quiet building. It is possible to use both the metro (St. Annunciation at 10 ' on foot) as well as the buses that go to the center (50 meters from the house there is a bus stop). The apartment is extremely furnished, with very beautiful lighting and spacious. Both the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and functional. The double bed is very comfortable and the existence of a closet helps for a multi-day stay. The surprise was for us the stereo in the living room - dining room, (lamp amplifier and speakers excellent). As we love listening to music in our home, the ability to use it was a nice choice throughout our stay in the apartment. The space is bright and also there is a patio landscaped with sofas and table, at the back of the house, for those who smoke or want to sit on the balcony. Mrs. Rena was waiting for us and gave us all the information we asked for. A great choice.

Georges and his wife were discreet but available hosts throughout the stay. Absolutely charming. The accommodation is very functional with beautiful decoration and excellent amenities. Great bedding. Beautiful garden. Nevertheless, weak WiFi even though it wasn't a problem for us.

We stayed here before and loved it. This was the second time visiting and a few things have changed only in the local area. The place is spotless, homely, extra everything and a great coffee maker. The area is good - you have a new shop down in the square which does everything and there is also a new bio shop as well. The restaurants are in full swing as it is summer so yuo dont need to go far. ONE THING = THE AIR CON IS FABULOUS! Last time we were there we didnt need the air con, now in the summer we did and it is excellent and instant. Very good place to stay!

Evangelias place was a large comfortable apartment ,close to the hospitals. The bed is not comfortable and is difficult to found the building no any sine with the name of tbe apartment to see from the street.

Perfect place to visit Athens without being in the noise of the capital. Tram 180m direct to the center in 30min and for really cheap. I order

Beautiful apartment with huge terrace around pine trees and singing cicadas. It’s a haven place for those who are looking for a nice vacation place in Athens Riviera. Manolis such a great host, extremely friendly and helpful for anything! needed.

It’s the second time that we are staying in the apartment. Excellent choice, close to metro station. We are very satisfied with all the amenities provided, the cleanliness and the convenience of the apartment. We totally recommend it.

We stayed for a week in April 2025. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. The bedrooms are large, the balcony seating area is great, and the large living room and dining room allow you to spread out much greater than in a hotel. The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop was spectacular. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen, including a pack of expresso pods. When checking in, be sure to look at the pictures to know which lock-box to open. There is a minor nuance with the water heater that is described in the listing, but we did not understand it clearly. You have to turn on the hot water heater at least 30 minutes before using the shower. Its easy to do, but if you are someone who showers when you wake up in the morning, you have to change your routine slightly.
