Monthly Rentals in Saratoga Springs

We enjoyed our stay at Susi and Jeremy’s basement apartment! They were great communicators answering our questions before and after check-in. This modern unit is located in a very nice neighborhood with access to several hiking trails. There are also several great parks in easy driving distance. Some shops in walking distance but many options for grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and shopping are close by. Fully functional kitchen with utensils and cookware, stove and microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer. Washer/Dryer in unit works well. Comfortable living area with comfortable furniture and a large smart TV along with a large master bedroom with a very comfortable mattress and a TV with lots of closet space. Large bathroom with shower and tub. Unit has its own thermostat which is a huge plus! Host and family are on the upper floors and usually cannot be heard in basement apartment. Overall a great stay and would be happy staying here on future trips.

We loved our stay! We had so much space and it was very comfy. We loved visiting with Matteo too - what a sweetie! I sincerely hope we can stay again next time we visit! Location was perfect for our needs.

Rachel's place was as described. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and easy to find and a close drive to numerous restaurants, shops and other local amenities. Even though it was a basement, it felt spacious and bright and the heating worked wonderfully. We had a slight issue with the lock but Rachel communicated immediately and fixed the issue.
