Really great place, really helpful host. Could do with making it a bit easier to find, and the internet it a bit clunky to setup but apart from that amazing.

Sunshine House is perfect for those looking for peace and serenity and it was exactly what I needed. It is a little secluded so the options for food if you don't ride a bike or drive a car are limited. However it is easily accessible with Grab or Bolt. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and gave a lot of privacy. Carolyn is super fast in responding to messages and took great care of me. She checked in with me when she didn't see me for a while to ensure I was ok. She even gave me some delicious home made food and snacks and made me feel very welcome and at home. This place really felt like a home away from home. Nana the bigger dog who guards the gate was adorable and loved coming up to me for some rubs. Chacha the adorable little one was feisty and full of character. I have extended my stay here for a little longer and will surely miss it when I leave. I will always remember this cosy home away from home and look forward to coming back again some day.

You can feel like you're sleeping ❤️ in a cabin in a lovely Gin's house, and you can feel like you're on a trip to Chiang Mai. Jin and Jin's parents are really kind and quick to solve what they need then. It was really comfortable and lovely stay in Jin's house ❤️🏡

It has been a pleasant stay. Jin was very nice, considerate and responsive, there are toiletries and all essentials needed. There were some issues with shower, but she fixed them for me and checked with me timely. It would recommend it. Location wise, it’s in a local residential area, a bit far from the old city and maya mall. Better to have a motorbike or take grab to get around.
