Cabin in a magical place - Nature retreat in SP

Take a break from the rush of São Paulo within São Paulo! Do you need to come to or are you in SP for work? We did, too, so we built this nature retreat 20 minutes from SP. Our Tiny House was built in a magical place, overlooking a still intact reserve of springs and many trees, 15 km from the São Paulo Morumbi metro, 6 km from the Carapicuíba train, several buses and other facilities 500 meters away. We thought of everything, so that the construction would generate the least impact on nature.

Casa da Ponte in Serra da Cantareira

A bathtub in the open for six people, Casa da Ponte offers direct contact with nature, with glass walls and ceilings so you can have greenery inside the house with a lot of security and comfort. Wake up to the morning dew and the light coming in through the giant glass wall, listening to and watching the animals of the Atlantic Forest as if you were sleeping under a tree, only in a king-size bed with a very warm comforter and the fireplace warming the room. Come and experience this sensation.

Well decorated and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Spacious loft with 63 m2 and a big balcony with a beautiful view! Condo with the best pool, gym and coworking in the area! It’s very rare to find a loft with this size. The 15 m2 balcony on the 23rd has a 180 degrees view of a green area in Jardins and the buildings and towers of Avenida Paulista! The building is just some steps from Oscar Freire Metro Station and you can go walking to the best shops and restaurants in town!

Welcome to Apêzinho Good Vibes, a 24m² studio-type apartment. It is located in Vila Mariana, 600 meters from Shopping Santa Cruz metro station (blue line) or 850 meters from Hospital São Paulo station (purple line). Getting around the city will be very practical! The location is easily accessible to the north-south corridor, Marginais, Congonhas Airport (15 min), Avenida Paulista and Ibirapuera Park (2.5 km). We are in a closed lot and in a cul-de-sac, the back borders the Atlantic Forest reserve. Climb the mountains, enjoy the cold with a fire(or the heat in the pool), try the local cuisine and get ready for walks on the official trails and viewpoints of the Cantareira State Park. Be sure to watch the starry night sky and relax in the hot tub.

Wonderful loft on the edge of the Guarapiranga dam

You will love your stay in this paradisiacal and relaxing place. On the edge of the Guarapiranga dam, inside a condominium with access to the dam. Incredible view! The transformation of a boat garage into a studio, below street level with a deck over the water, you will sleep with the sound of the water and birds. All this less than 40 minutes from downtown São Paulo. Sports fishing is allowed, bring your junk. Check-out by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday!
