This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

I loved my stay with my wife at Bertha's loft. Bertha responds quickly and gave all the instructions clearly, the porters are also very helpful. The space was neat and clean, beautiful as in the photos, very private, with an amazing view, it was very worth it, I highly recommend and I hope to return to the loft again

The apartment is new, well furnished and very comfortable. Exactly as in the pictures. The communication with Nelson and Carla was smooth, they always responded quickly and gave us clear instructions about the listing, check-in, checkout, and were very helpful. The location of the condominium is good, with a nearby mall, many options for food and leisure.

The place is amazing, clean cozy and practical. The host is always available and was generous with our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is in the city center of São Paulo, it is good to consider that it has all the facilities to access, but it is also important to consider that it is the center of a large metropolis. It was my second stay in this apartment and remains a great option. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The apartment is well maintained and comfortable, with a good layout. The space is great, localization very bao, bakery on a corner, cafeteria in another, a small market in front of the bakery… metro hygienopolis near. Fer always requests and patient; helped me even with things that were not related to the apartment

Location near 25 de Março, São Paulo market, Liberdade neighborhood and surroundings, so if you are looking for a refuge to rest after your purchases, without a doubt this is a find. The stay was amazing, the location was close to several points I visited, there is a subway on the back street of the building, which made transportation even easier. Everything is very clean, organized, very good location and beautiful view, I would definitely come back more often!!

Very well located apartment, ideal for those who want to spend time in São Caetano. Air-conditioning, TV, kitchen utensils, washing machine, shower and bed, all very good. Marcos was very clear and cordial in his communications. I recommend it and intend to return.
