My stay was simply spotless! The space was extremely clean, well organized and with every detail thought for guest comfort. The attention and affection of Silvana made all the difference , from the warm welcome to the personalized recommendations that made my trip even more special. Communication was always agile and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. I highly recommend and undoubtedly I will return at a next opportunity!

The Apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated and equipped. The hot tub is a differential. The condominium structure is complete and the reception service is efficient. Good location, the apartment is very close to the beach for walking and has several shops around. The host is so friendly and responds fast, fluid communication. I didn't have any access or other issues. I will certainly return to this location.

The house was clean and well organized, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment during our stay. The hostess, Angela, was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to help with any doubt or need. A high point was the visit of the monkeys, which was a show apart and brought even more charm to the experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, welcoming and full of surprises!

Apartment as advertised. Everything modern, kitchen equipped, allowed to have coffee, make quick snacks and even a simple dinner. I picked up the apartment for being close to Allianz Parque, I just rode Uber in SP and I had no problem leaving and arriving from the locations. Bruno was super attentive and answered my doubts quickly. I will definitely return.

Nice and very well-kept location, with a very good location with things to do without having to take the car out of the parking lot. All items described were in accordance with reality and the location information was also clear from arrival to checkout. Tamara also always responded quickly and was available to solve everything we needed with great attention.

Roberto is a great host, answered everything I needed, was very helpful. The airbnb is amazing, literally a breath of fresh air within São Paulo. The house, the view, the decor are beautiful and very tasteful. Eliene, who helps Roberto, is a lovely person too, she brought me the cups I asked for quickly and explained and showed me the whole house! We also stayed in the pool when the sun came up and it's super nice down there in the common area, super quiet. Everything is well equipped, the kitchen is complete, the shower is wonderful!!! We love it too much, we rest and enjoy it, it's really worth it!

Excellent place and wonderful host Manu! An ideal place to rest and get to know SP, I went for work too and the location was ideal... the apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It's exactly how the pictures show… or maybe better! Manu for his part was always very attentive to my arrival, stay and departure… if I have the opportunity to return promptly to SP… I will not hesitate to return to this nice place! Thank you very much Manu!

Great location and super pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The hostess welcomed us super well and gave us clear instructions, and was always ready to ask any questions from us. We love our experience too much, for sure we will come back again. The environment was very clean and organized and the apartment has an amazing view, as well as being close to the subway.

One of the best places I've ever been! :) Really super nicely decorated and looked exactly like the photos. The pool is quite small, but is completely sufficient for cooling off. There was nothing lacking in equipment. Viviane is super sweet and helped us with everything. We would come back ❤️

My stay was great! Marlene is an excellent host, always a lot. The house is very comfortable, the house smells and the wonderful beds, all very new, better than in the photos! We had a barbecue with the family and everyone loved it. I took my dog, a shitzu and even though it was a shared house in the same backyard, we felt totally at home with a lot of privacy! I will definitely return, thank you Marlene!

Ricardo and Dona Lucinea, two sweethearts, we agreed and arranged the points to see before check-in, and everything was perfect! We agreed on 3 p.m., we arrived and Dona Lucinea was already there, she showed us the house and its accommodations, soon after she was ready to answer any questions, she even recommended a great pizzeria! Very large and extremely comfortable house, we will certainly be back soon for another barbecue

Spacious and very cozy apartment (with mainly hot light bulbs). For couples who want to enjoy with a city view the night is very cool. The cleanliness dispenses reviews, the quality is hotel. It is a very beautiful condominium, and has a lot of things to do, such as swimming pool, games and gym. Iris always made herself available to help with the instructions and responded promptly.

Apartment exactly as advertised. Very well located, has markets, 24h bakery, pharmacy, many restaurants and cafes at an extremely walkable distance. I stayed for two weeks and was equipped with everything I needed during the stay. The host always attentive to chat and helpful. Would recommend.

The location is mt good, close to everything! The apartment is all equipped, super cozy. The house was clean and smelling, a care that makes all the difference. Arthur was always very accessible, responded super fast to all questions. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back more often!
