Kid-friendly vacation rentals in São Paulo

After travelling for the last 3 weeks it felt like home, a place to reset. Vivi was super responsive and provided local recommendations. We would have loved to have stayed longer!

We found the accommodation pleasant! The only information I don't remember seeing is that you have stairs to go down and arrive at the entrance of the property, which is located at the bottom of the main house. It has all the utensils available, super clean bathroom, large environments, very quiet street, it has no garage, but there are several places to park on the street, Mrs. Magali was very helpful, attentive, she passed her number and she was available to her, she answered me in the two times I needed it. For a short stay we really like the service received.

I was in the house to celebrate my sister-in-law's long-awaited Bachelor Party and I can say it was just AMAZING! The house has an impeccable structure, extremely clean and welcoming. We were very happy that we did not have to worry about linen or kitchenware, the house has everything you need to carry out from a more intimate meeting to a more elaborate party! The hosts Ana and Vitória were extremely friendly and concerned about our event, helped us in every detail, were proactive and endeavoured to make our event more than perfect! I greatly appreciate the zeal for us and I will definitely return to create more unforgettable memories in this piece of paradise! It exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend it!

We've been staying for 2 years onsite. And as always, very cozy.

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

The Victoria hostess always very attentive with the details from the beginning to the end of our stay at Bech House. My family loved the house and the place where there is a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, near super market meetings, parks for sports and places to take the pet. I have nothing negative to report. Only thank you for your confidence in renting your beautiful home to me and my family. I will definitely return and I highly recommend everyone to live this wonderful experience of spending a few days at Bech House. Thank you!!!

Antonio’s property was brilliant. Spacious, clean and just like the photos. There was also a maid who cleaned regularly which was a hide bonus! Highly recommend for those wanting a good base to explore SP from.

Attentive host, home as per listing

The apartment is beautiful, new, clean, organized and with all the necessary accessories. The location is good given that my goal was to go to USP. Communication with Gesiele was easy and quick. I'll definitely be back if I need to.

the 9-day estuary and everything rolled perfectly. Sandy responded quickly when we had any questions. We were left an excellent breakfast to begin with, as we arrived at the hour and dawn with the suoer closed, which is an important detail to highlight and value. O apé is something dark, the breadth of the kitchen is of the rooms contrasts a little with the living room that is small. is the only thing I would doubt about coming back...the rest of it all wonderful!.

Local very well located , Uber was very cheap in the region, paid around 10 reais to go free. Silent building, Grazielle is a lot of requests, it always responds as fast as it can. Finally, I recommend it because it was very economical and cozy.

Lugar super well located, close to several restaurants, mini markets, subway and pharmacies. Communication with the owner was also always quick and effective. The space is fun, as are the amenities. I highly recommend it.

A delight o ape, super recommend!

The studio is great, clean, has everything you need and is very conveniently divided. Shampoo etc. was available, the bed very comfortable and we were provided with an extra mattress for our daughter. I highly recommend this apartment:)

We had a wonderful stay. The host was so kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we need for a comfortable visit. The place was spacious, clean and cozy. She even helped us recover a forgotten watch-such a kind and thoughtful person! We really appreciate the hospitality…highly recommended!

Very good accommodation, amazing location and very spacious. A space well thought out for guests' needs. It is important to note that only 1 of the rooms have air conditioning and in the living room, the other two do not have, I did not locate this information in the description we only found out at the time.

Local clean, easy check in, apartment matches the description, to reach Paulista it is necessary to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and settled well. Silent air-conditioning.
