Kid-friendly vacation rentals in São Paulo

It's simply a delight to have spent the weekend in this space! Casa Linda, large, super well decorated, and fully equipped! It had all the essentials for our stay. Viviane was an excellent host, responded to messages quickly and was helpful in all contacts, as well as being very friendly and kind. The neighborhood is very quiet and has several amenities nearby, it is worth strolling there to visit nearby restaurants and cafes. I recommend the space for those looking for a getaway in the city, it's charming!

We found the accommodation pleasant! The only information I don't remember seeing is that you have stairs to go down and arrive at the entrance of the property, which is located at the bottom of the main house. It has all the utensils available, super clean bathroom, large environments, very quiet street, it has no garage, but there are several places to park on the street, Mrs. Magali was very helpful, attentive, she passed her number and she was available to her, she answered me in the two times I needed it. For a short stay we really like the service received.

Ana and her daughter Vitória were amazing hosts! We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for more people. Their home is beautiful and very well kept. They are very kind people and we can’t wait to come stay at their property again!

What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

Sandra welcomed us very well since before the stay. We arrived in the city earlier and she was quite flexible with the check-in time. The house and bed/bath linens were very clean and smelled good. The place is easily accessible and super well located, perfect for those going to an event at Allianz Parque.

My stay was just amazing! The house is wonderful, exactly as described in the listing, with everything working perfectly and very well taken care of. The hosts were exceptional: super attentive, receptive, and always available to help with what was needed. It was an experience that exceeded expectations, and I will definitely return as soon as possible. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Antonio’s property was brilliant. Spacious, clean and just like the photos. There was also a maid who cleaned regularly which was a hide bonus! Highly recommend for those wanting a good base to explore SP from.

9-day stay and everything went perfectly. Sandy responded quickly when we had any questions. They left us a great breakfast to start, as we arrived at dawn with the supermarket closed, which is an important detail to highlight and appreciate. The apartment is a bit dark, the size of the kitchen contrasts a little with the bedrooms, which are small. It's the only thing that would make me hesitate to come back... the rest is all wonderful!

We spent a hot weekend and the windows need to remain closed because of the noise of the avenue. The portable fan I took helped ease the discomfort. On everything else in order. Grazielle kind and diligent. Just a tip for those who go by car: I didn't find parking open close by. We arrive at dawn. I recommend you book early if you're late.

The apartment is very well taken care of, super equipped with amenities such as dishwasher, washbasin, laundry dryer, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, blender, among others. Network and beautiful view in a building of architectural value, huge windows. Attentive and always available host. Flawless stay.

Da.Sueli was a great host, in all the time we were in the apartment, she paid all the attention and was very helpful in some questions we had. The atmosphere was very organized and fragrant. What really helped us were the trades (markets, pharmacies, ice cream shops and nearby bakeries). The beaches are very close and for those who like to walk, especially on the beach, something I love to do; my husband and I went to Santos, it was wonderful !!! We intend to return other times, as it is a simple, cozy and very welcoming environment.

Clean location, easy check-in, apartment matches the description, to get to Paulista you need to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and they settled in super well. Quiet air-conditioning.

We love the neighborhood, the apartment corresponded to the photos, the release through the concierge was always fast and the room has good acoustics, it compensates the noise of the planes. The general cleaning was ok, but there are always details to improve, I believe it depends a lot on the employees they serve. Overall we had very happy lodging there.

Perfect building and apartment. Everything very clean and fragrant. Host always available. We'll be back for sure!
