The home is big and airy. I didn't feel a lack of air conditioning. A balcony with an airy barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen. I felt at home. From the p to walk to the park and to the shopping center. Nivia is a love and super helpful. I recommend it.

The house is excellent, extremely cozy, the view of the horizon through the windows of the facade is very beautiful. The outdoor area is very complete, with all the necessary support for food, whatever it may be. It has a very nice grassy area and close to the pool, which in turn has a very nice waterfall. It was perfect staying with Zeli! She and her husband are super polite and kind and whenever there was a need they responded promptly. The house was super clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay. Without a doubt we will return more often! Quiet place, a 5-minute drive to downtown São Lourenço. The house had everything I needed, especially kitchen items, as I have small children. The host was flexible and responded quickly whenever I needed it. There is no Wi-Fi, but the 4G signal was good in the house, so I had no problems.
