The location is excellent, right in the center of São Lourenço, within walking distance of Parque das Águas, with varied shops, great restaurants nearby and a wonderful bakery next door. Hostess Claudia and her husband were very nice, responding quickly. The apartment is spacious, with large bedrooms and bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, very clean and fragrant bed linens. We loved it! We'd definitely be back.

The apartment is charming, well located, a pleasant, clean and organized environment. Ricardo was very attentive and kind, I thank you for the tips and suggestions of tours with the family. Congratulations to all the staff at the reception, they are helpful and very polite. I recommend it to everyone.

Great stay. Large and comfortable house, very well equipped. It was perfect for a family moment. The rooms are large, with comfortable and new beds. Very polite and cordial host. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in São Lourenço with peace of mind.

Beautiful, cozy house in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. Close to the center, but the walk has hills. The accommodations were impeccable in cleanliness and organization. The leisure area is great, although we did not use the barbecue and oven. We woke up to balloons flying over the neighborhood, a playful and surprising spectacle, in addition to toucans and other birds. They were very happy days.

Mariana and Lucas are a very helpful couple, they gave us tips for walking around, they were always concerned if everything was okay, my mother had back problems, they referred us to an excellent pharmacist, who prescribed an injection, which helped my mother a lot, nice price, good location, we had a nice time, in São Lourenço, and they have an unbeatable price, super recommended, we took our dog, it was very cool, even more with the vibe of the owners, if we return to São Lourenço, we will certainly stay again at Mariana and Lucas' house...

Diego's apartment is well located, quiet neighborhood and close to downtown São Lourenço. Exactly as in the listing. All clean, new and quality. Great mattresses, kitchen with new and organized utensils and equipment. Mr. Douglas welcomed us with great kindness and availability. It was amazing days! We'll be back for sure! We recommend it with certainty!

Well-decorated, new apartment, has everything we need: bed linens, towels, appliances, everything clean, smelling good and impeccable. The view is beautiful, the location is excellent, you don't need to take the car out of the parking lot, you can do almost everything on foot!

Cozy house with a wonderful garden! Very equipped, space to share with friends and family and also to stay alone if you want to. Fresh house and, in the cold of the night, with a delicious fireplace atmosphere! The hostess is kind, careful to the smallest details, and really prepares the environment to make us feel at home. Exceptional Experience! I recommend with my eyes closed and ready to come back!

Very complete, clean and functional apartment. The hostess and her husband were very attentive and receptive, we felt at home. They were very helpful in assisting us with everything we needed, including restaurant suggestions. The apartment has an excellent location, we went to Parque das Águas, the shops in the center and the Trem das Águas all on foot, very close and the surroundings gave us a sense of security. Very familiar building and neighborhood. We love your stay!

Our stay was so good we wanted to stay so much longer! The house is even better than in the photos, complete, nothing is missing, besides very clean, organized and well divided! The location is great, very close to the sights by car, but you can walk to the center as well. the host was super kind, gave several tips and was always ready to respond and help! We love it and we already have the right home to come back!

Excellent experience! We were made to feel very welcome by Jamille, the host. The place is very beautiful, it has a wonderful view of the forest, you can see the sunset from inside the cottage in the bathtub, the common space has a very nice deck next to the waterfall, with a barbecue, very nice to spend the afternoon there and there are still other things that we could not enjoy due to lack of time. The location is good, it's close to the city of Soledade, there are cafeterias that deliver there. Access is easy and the road is good, there are stretches with paving. For those who are going to be driving and intend to travel to São Lourenço, as the city of Soledade does not have much to do, you can call the local São Lourenço app drivers. They go to the cottage and have an app that is available 24 hours a day. The stay was very nice, perfect breakfast and well served. Jamille is very thorough and detail-oriented. I proposed to my fiancée there and it was great. I recommend the stay. We'll be back more often.

Simply perfect stay, there are no flaws in this house. Super cozy, beautiful decoration, you feel embraced. Spacious and well-lit rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, great stove, large refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. The location is perfect for those who want to get to know the city on foot. Easy access to a supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Very safe and quiet place despite being in the Center. Lara is super nice and responds very quickly. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the city. I highly recommend it!

I was received and treated like a friend, it's the best accommodation I've had in my life since I've been traveling, I highly recommend everyone to come to Marly's.

Our stay couldn't have been better! Claudia and her husband are extremely polite and friendly! They gave us several tips on what to do and what was the best way to get to the attractions (by car or on foot). It was a great experience, they were always available and made us feel very comfortable! Certainly, if we return to São Lourenço one day, it will be to Claudia's house.

Days of Peace and coziness. We felt at home. Maria and the husband are extremely kind and helpful people. The accommodation brings us to the feeling of being home and at the same time on a farm. Bird sounds upon waking up and many beautiful places to visit. I recommend the stay. We will return whenever we have the opportunity.

Wonderful stay, Rafael very requested received us very well gave us several local tips and still left us a basket of chocolate. Casa was very clean and organized, all exactly as in the photos. We'll be back for sure.
