Location is the high point of this accommodation, it is right in the center of the city, great for those who are not driving to work or walk in order to get to know the city.

Rodrigo's apartment is very well equipped and careful, I felt at home the days I stayed there, the description of the property matches the photos exactly. Building very well cared for and with perfect location, this was the factor of choice, I recommend to everyone who wants to know São Lourenço, as to do almost everything walking from the apartment. There are good restaurants near, pharmacy, banks, supermarket, the water park is right across the street, congratulations Rodrigo for the good care of the property.

We stayed 7 days. The place was extremely clean, the kitchen had new and useful utensils for the day to day. Lara was super attentive, she gave clear information. The location is great to do everything on foot without mentioning the beautiful view of the flat.

We went to the Biker Fest 2023 event, where the location was paramount to choice. We can't help but relate that it is in front of the water park and next to a gastronomic pole that gets busy at night for distraction. Clean, airy property, in addition to the bed linen offered,also follow the promised. i will definitely be back!!!!!
