Very well located apartment. Air conditioning that saved our stay in February of this year, as St. Lawrence was very hot. Paulo made a kindness that I, on several visits to São Lourenço, had not yet seen: When we arrived at the apartment there were five gallons of water from the Water Park harvested that same day. It was not five liters, it was five gallons of five liters. An excellent water, of which two of the gallons, one of sparkling water and the other without gas, were already stored in the refrigerator, and therefore ice cream. Paulo's apartment becomes our first option on future trips to São Lourenço. The building's lobby staff, all very friendly. A small swimming pool with heated water, which was very welcome for children. We had a small mishap with the internet connection, which was immediately resolved by Paulo. Summary: Excellent, clean and pleasant apartment with a wonderful air-conditioning and a super attentive rental.

The stay was a wonder, the porters are nice, the Apt is very nice, close to the shops and the Host is a great person. I'll give you a way to host in the same Apto to enjoy the winter.

Flat good located, in quiet street and very close to the park and commerce. Ambient clean, with all amenities for a good stay. Room with functional locker and comfortable bed. Kitchen complete. Spacious bathroom and hot shower. Nilson was a great host, attentive and provided tips for tours and places to eat. We'll be back!

Carol's loft is amazing, all very clean and organized, the photos match exactly as the location is, location is excellent. Carol is super solicit responds very fast.

We went to the Biker Fest 2023 event, where the location was paramount to choice. We can't help but relate that it is in front of the water park and next to a gastronomic pole that gets busy at night for distraction. Clean, airy property, in addition to the bed linen offered,also follow the promised. i will definitely be back!!!!!
