"BEST HOSTING OF MY WHOLE LIFE! I have no words to describe the incredible experience I had in Laci's apartment, with my mother and grandmother. The space is IMPECCABLE, tastefully decorated and extra clean. It can be more beautiful than on the pictures. The location is excellent, in the best point of the city, with easy access to all the main tourist spots. Less than 4 minutes by car. But what really made my stay UNFORGETTABLE was the EXCELLENCE service performed by Naira! She was EXTREMELY CAREFUL, ATTENTIVE and EFFICIENT, always ready to help. I really loved the whole experience and recommended the apartment to friends and family. If you are looking for a hosting that is truly special, this is the right place in Gramado.

Julia was very friendly from the moment I made the reservation, upon arrival the chek in was easy and super quiet, the apartment was clean and organized, as well as showing in the images. The apartment is close to everything in Canela, you could do several things by walking. The stay was great, I highly recommend it.

The stay at Gabriela's place was sensational!! We felt at home! It's a grace! An astral we just felt getting there! We stayed 30 days and had no desire to leave the place! Spacious rooms, with lockers to store our things. Kitchen with a green view! Arejada and clear! And a covered outdoor area perfect for the late afternoon! Gabriela was extremely helpful and with immediate feedback when we needed it. I definitely recommend it!

We spent 3 days at Luís's house and they were very special days. The house that is in a gated condominium right in the center of Gramado is very cozy and has everything we need to stay for a little or a long time. Luís has always been attentive, allowed a flexible check-in and check-out, which helped a lot because we have children. The condominium tour is very beautiful. Of all we found very close to the house. Thank you very much. We want to go back.

Very spacious house, privileged location and beautiful patio. Shuveiros provide a good bath. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable dining room. It has an enclosed car garage.

Alexandre is a fantastic host. He allowed us to store our things while the airbnb was being prepped for our stay. Our bus to Cambará was late in the afternoon and he allowed us to stay at the airbnb until it was time for our departure. The Airbnb is as described. The water in the shower is extremely warm, perfect for cold days. The house is very spacious and free of clutter. The lake in front of the house is a plus. Walking around the lake is a wonderful way to start the day or end it. The neighborhood is very safe. I highly recommend staying at Alexandre’s place.

I was in Family and the house is wonderful! Complete with many utensils. Besides all the view is wonderful the neighborhood is quiet and calm! We will definitely return! Very welcoming home! Only one item would be perilong screen on the windows , as it would avoid many mosquitoes (because it is a green area) . Thank you so much for the incitable days!

New and cozy apartment, extremely polite concierge staff. The high point for me was location, literally a street from Coberta street and all the amenities of the center, but at the same time the street is quiet. I found the small but functional toilets (photo look bigger). In the kitchen we miss an AirFryer. We love our stay and together with the city Gramado made me think when we will make the next one. Our stay was wonderful. The clean impeccable apartment with all the necessary utensils for the convenience of all. What we loved the most was that he really thinks about who has children, what was our case, in addition to the crib that was offered us to assemble, there was still bathtub and plastic cooking utensils for the little ones, I found it too much!!!! Every detail for those who go only as a couple, or couples, but also who goes with children. Everything works very well, the beds are great and everything is very clean, we used the pool too and it was delicious even with the cold and rainy day. Communication was with Patrícia, always kind and request, responded quickly and always helped us. We will return when possible, feel at home. As our first trip to Serra Gaúcha our stay at Flat Primavera was perfect! The well located village allows us to do everything walking, without the need for a car which helps a lot considering the traffic that was in the city by Natal Luz. Better still is to be close to Rua Torta which allowed you to take great photos and the Praça das Etnias where we could buy breads and warm cucas. The structure is very good, with everything we need for everyday life with well-maintained equipment. We get very hot days (+30°) and lightly cold days (14°) and the apartment kept us in good temperatures. Highlight the attention of Luciano and Fátima who understood well our difficulty to arrive due to the traffic we face. We will definitely return, now to enjoy the chill of the Serra!!!
