Very good location, in a very nice complex. Being an owner's apartment you can use the Hotel's amenities such as the heated pool and sauna which were very enjoyable.

Great place for Gramado. Central, with great structure. The fact that it does not have air conditioning, but on cold days, normal in Gramado, there is no impact.

The place is beautiful ,the apartment is cozy, a grace! Perfectly accommodated my family! We were made to feel very welcome ! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! It was wonderful!

The place excellent accommodation, the apt according to listing. The only downside was the check in 3:00 PM is check out 11:00 AM even trying to improve this there was no flexibility from the host. In my opinion, I missed the day of entry and the day of departure.

Very nice apartment, cozy and bright. It was quite cold the day we arrived and when we entered the temperature was very pleasant, due to the heating system. The very organized condominium, great facilities and the setting of the pool leaves nothing to be desired, especially in winter. We really enjoyed the time we stayed.

For sure if not the best one of the best places to stay in Gramado, resort super complete with great structure. As for the room, it fully meets the expectations that are expected of an accommodation of this standard , not to mention that it is the 4th floor with a great balcony. Host responds quickly and answers all questions , super quick and easy check-in and checkout, I would definitely recommend.

Rosana's house surprised us favorably, it is even more beautiful and cozy than it looked in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to downtown Gramado, etc., the house is inside a beautiful gated community, with all security, and Rosana was an excellent host, super attentive and gave return to our requests. We wish to stay another time in Rosana's beautiful house in Gramado!

Carolina's home is just outside the center, but the tranquility and privacy make up for any further distance. You are very well received by Ana, a querideza in person. It was very worth it, I hope to be hosted by them again!

Both the host Daniela and the house are excellent! The house is complete, beautiful and impeccable! There's nothing left! Daniela was always very attentive and helpful, although there was no unforeseen. The rooms of the residence are all very good, beautiful and cozy. The condominium where the house is located is very quiet and beautiful! I highly recommend it! In the surroundings there are supermarkets and great restaurants, as well as being very close to the city center. This time I went to work, with other colleagues, but I would like to go again with the family.
