The pool house has a wonderful retro charm whilst also being a luxurious place to stay. It's beautifully furnished, thoughtfully prepared for visitors and quite unique, so will be difficult to beat! Sebastian and Kate were great hosts, always ready with recommendations for the local restaurants and area.

This was an absolute dream house I deeply loved! Such a treat to enjoy this incredible home in such a perfect location in Ericeira. Gorgeous sunset views. Walkable to the beach. The coziest and beautifully designed lounge spaces. Great for working and studying or entertaining. Kitchen has everything that you need! Loved the dining room, sun room, and outdoor spaces. I’d move into this home. It has just the best energy and is perfect for families. Elizabeth is the BEST host as well! She goes above and beyond in catering to guest needs and is so easy to adore 🥰 I’ve stayed in all of her listings because I just love the aesthetic of her homes that she’s created and she is the dearest most genuine pure soul 💖 Thank you again for such a warm and wonderful welcome for this month I’ve had in Carvoeira/Ericeira! Sofia was a very proactive and friendly host. All key information were promptly provided days prior to check-in. Easy self-access with the instructions provided. Rooms were ready and property was clean by the time we arrived. It is a 10-20 minutes commute to certain shops at late hours, however, the privacy is worth its keep. There is supermarket super close by, for us was unfortunate due to the time we would arrive everyday at the property meant they were always closed, but those seeking a holiday, that would be no issue. Lovely spacious living room with doors that you see straight out to the swimming pool. As we were there mainly for business purposes, we did not manage to have usage of certain available amenities - but worth to those coming in for a holiday. Sofia was also always efficient in responding, regardless of time (unethical on my part to message pas midnight) nonetheless, she would respond right away. Beautiful home and an amazing host.

We had a great time at casa lua at Quinta da Bella vista!! It is very close or walkable to the great attractions like Quinta da regaleira. You may still want to take a tuktuk to the big attractions like Peña palace and regaleira as parking is hard to find there however parking at this airbnb is perfect and included. We stayed in February so the pool was there but chilly. My kids had a blast on the trampoline which we had not expected, so a lovely surprise! The property and property manager Dinesh was very flexible with our late arrival and very helpful during our stay. We would absolutely come back in future!!!

Rose was extremely responsive and helpful. The shower/bathroom was clean and spacious. The balcony and pool were the highlights of our stay. There are cafes and supermarkets within walking distance of the place and has everything you could need for your stay. Uber and bolt are super cheap to get to places around the city also. Loved our stay and would come back again in the future

This appartment was perfect for us. - it is extremely clean and functional - best situation to park, go to the city center by walking & enjoying the sunset, - Ana Paula & Sofia have been fantastic host, extremely responsive on my questions. I do recommend this place for everyone that is going to spend few days, weeks, months in beautiful Ericeira. I hope I can go there again.

Great host, Prez was responsive and a wealth of information. H is apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and he thoughtfully had some snacks and fruit for us to eat. The availability of a free parking spot was so helpful in a city like Lisbon. We ate at two restaurants he recommended within walking distances and both were good. It’s not in the heart of the tourist area, but you couldn’t beat the value and quality of the unit. It’s not big but totally enough space for two. We would stay again!

It was a very cozy and spacious place. Even though it was chilly outside, the apartment had heating and was very warm. The host greeted us kindly, gave us all the necessary recommendations, and explained how to park in the underground garage. There’s a supermarket near the building where you can buy everything you need. In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the coast with beautiful views, and you can get to the city center on foot in about 20 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing stay we had as a family of four at Daniel’s place. He was willing to meet us there late and go over everything we felt like we would need to know about the home. It’s very spacious with outdoor living spaces as well. Centrally located between Lisbon and Sintra made it easy to get anywhere you want to be within 15 minutes. Daniel was very responsive and extremely friendly. I would absolutely stay there again! Thanks again Daniel for helping us make some wonderful family memories!

Nice apartment! Spacious, clean and great location. If you surf, you can easily walk to Matadouro which is nice, and it is a short drive to Ribeira. But the city centre is also within walking distance. Also the (indoor) pool and tennis court are nice.

We loved Natacha's place, so cute and charming and right by the castle and the alfama district in Lisbon. Very clean and clutter free inside. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer and gone to the pool!

Very roomy and pleasant apartment. The balcony with a pool and sunset view was our favourite! We felt right at home straight away and would have loved to stay for longer. The host was really friendly, gave us loads of recommendations. We could walk to the surfing beach as well as to the village so great location.

We had an amazing stay at Teresa and Rui’s beautiful home! The house exceeded our expectations—it’s even more stunning than the photos and came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the location; it’s nestled in a peaceful, private area, yet just a short drive or Uber ride away from great local restaurants and attractions. Teresa and Rui were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

From January 8, we stayed in Jose's guesthouse for one month with a baby of 5 months and our little dog. It is a fantastic place where you can walk directly into the woods. In front of the cottage we could also enjoy the winter sun. The house has double glazing and every space is well heated, making it very pleasant even in winter when it can be a bit colder outside at night. Jose was on call at any time and the maid came every Thursday. We really enjoyed our stay. Recommended!

I’m in love with the house – it’s very well-maintained, clean, spacious, and bright. The homeware is great – Susan has thought of everything (a heater in every room, a toaster, a coffee machine and much more). It feels like you’re in your own cozy home, not just an Airbnb. Susan is such a kind person; we had a long, exhausting trip and were late for check-in, but she waited for us, which we really appreciated. I can’t imagine better value for money. Thank you, Susan! P.S. There are two large dogs on the property near the house. They are friendly, and our child loved them, but if you're afraid of dogs, you need to take that into account.

What can I say “Wow” 🤩From start to finish a really lovely experience. Great communication before , during and after our stay . The house is absolutely stunning with a beautiful pool . Everything you could possibly want is provided . I loved the booklet that we could download with all the necessary information of the house , amenities and local area ie shops restaurants etc . We were 4 adults and 3 children and there was so much space for us all . Short walk to the beach with play park and nice bars and restaurants. Bus to Sintra for a nice day out and very inexpensive. Thankyou Ana for our amazing stay . 🥰

The villa is trully immaculate and was perfect for two families with kids (4 adults and 5 children). Beautiful spacious living room, useful kitchen, tons of outdoor eating spaces, a fantastic heated pool that our kids spent many hours in, great lawn space where we played badminton and table tennis. Just a gorgeous space. The maids did a fantastic job keeping it tidy on a daily basis. Carlos has been super responsive and was very accommodating with issues that came up. For future guests, I would recommend clarifying how the laundry service works with Carlos - it is not a self-operated washer/dryer unit.
