Apartment vacation rentals in São Caetano do Sul

The best place I could be in SP, (apart from the part of waking up with a manifestation of Bolsonaro 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday well ahead of the AP... but I believe it doesn't happen so often like that =????) at an extremely fair price, it has all the nescessary amenities in a matter of 1 block. The AP is very well equipped and comfortable, only negative point was the internet that was slow, with 3 people it was better to use the 5G phone. The cleaning fee is fair, the AP was Impeccable. I hope I will be able to stay in it the next times that you are a SP ^⁠

Very thankful for providing a home out of home for us. Thanks for some prepared food which helped us after a long flight. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with artist atmosphere. It’s easy to walk to the main avenue and very safe neighborhoods. Great price too! Best wishes to you all!

Wonderful stay in São Paulo… I went with my family, including a baby and had a crib all tidied, already with bed linen and a bathtub for him!! I loved the delicacy!! Large apartment, perfect location and very close to the ava paulista … market, restaurants … a lot next …I recommend!!!!

Great! The apartment was wonderful because we needed to spend a period of 2 weeks and took care of us perfectly. There is a market in front of the building and for those who like to cook is a differential. The leisure structure is very good. Everything very good!

Great space. You have everything you need and Juceli is a great host. Just warn if you have a problem with the ambient noise, it can be a little noisy since the Department faces the street and the planes pass by. Everything else is spotless.

The apartment of Thibaud is great, well equipped and the building is well managed. We enjoy the balcony a lot, even more at the time of the Carnival where we watch the main blocks of the center of SP. Our stay was 2 months and was great for the long term, just missing an office chair to work from home more comfortable but the dining chairs accounted for. With regard to the location, it is very centralized and has everything close by, being able to do everything by walking. A Dona Cleuza who received us was a love of person during the checkin and the entire stay. I highly recommend and will be back.

i spent a week at work and enjoyed the experience too much. the accommodation is super comfortable, with excellent structure — all well clean, organized and with a modern style that makes a difference in everyday life. The environment is quiet, ideal for those who need to focus, and also has well-kept common areas that help to relax at the end of the day. I would definitely come back other times. Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

Very beautiful apartment and new and modern furniture, just one point , the bathroom hood takes a Little to stop working, at night makes a little noise, I don't know if it was my fault not knowing how to turn it off, so the night doesn't work!
