Monthly Rentals in Sants, Sants-Montjuïc

I stayed in this apartment for a month, and it felt like home right away. It’s in the Sants area, which is quiet and away from tourists but still close to everything. I could walk to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores—didn’t use public transport even once. The apartment is small but perfect for one or two people. The bed was so comfortable I slept better than I have in months. It was a bit chilly some days, but the AC with heating worked well and kept it cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven and plenty of utensils, so cooking was super easy. Plus, there are lots of great food options nearby if you don’t feel like cooking. Floriane is an amazing host—super caring and always ready to help if needed. She really made the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Barcelona!

Very comfortable stay, thank you Nougava, you have been great! The flat is amazing, the building is very secure, the neighbourhood is quiet and close to markets and public transports. The place has a lot to offer, it just feels like home with all appliances. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location, very close to good markets and metro stations (line 5, which is one of the best lines to reach tourist areas of Barcelona and has connection with the Airport line). The apartment has a very nice square almost in front of the building. The place is very functional, it's a little small as we can see in the photos but for me, who spent 1 month, it was enough. The host is very kind and quick to resolve anything during the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Bartolomé's apartment. The place is absolutely perfect – it’s clean, well-maintained, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is fully equipped, cozy, and ideal for both short and long-term stays. Bartolomé is a fantastic host, very responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend staying here! The apartment is also located in a fantastic neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It's within walking distance to both Montjuïc and the port.
