I definitely felt like in my own home, I recommend it to 200% excellent location everything was super close to us, a super quiet place, the apartment is very clean and as seen in the photos

perfect location as for vacations or to do some diligence, the apartment has everything you need to spend a perfect stay.

this place is beautiful, it love that is private and safe. no random people waking around, in not people who have access. the apartment is beautiful and Cozy, I felt like I was at home 100%. highly recommend!

The accommodation is very nice, clean and organized, close by Uber to places of interest such as the colonial area and the seawall, there was good transport. Based on what we wanted to know it was great.

First off Ken is a great host. He responded to my questions very quick and also had a lot of great recommendations for things to do. The house is very spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend if you’re traveling with a small group. Me and my fiancee enjoyed our time there and we would definitely come back and book with Ken.

I have to say amazing I mean amazing the location is perfect you can get anything right around corner the host is brilliant always there if you need the house is way better than pictures it show trust me and most importantly thing I feel safe there

We stayed 3 days with 2 adults and 2 kids (baby & toddler) at this airbnb and we loved it so much we already booked for the christmas holidays. Carlenis is a nice host who responds quickly. Everything was exactly like the pictures. We also loved the big pool! The airbnb is in a more quiet area of boca chica. It’s like a 10-15 minute walk to the beach with a supermarket Olé nearby.

Enjoyed my stay at the Casita Colonial. The apartment was as advertised and located in a safe area within the Colonial Zone, only a block away from the coast, a short walking distance to many restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the major supermarket…a small market is also across the street. The host was very friendly and accommodated an early check-in, meeting me at the apartment to explain how to use the water pump, clothes washer, centrifuge dryer, etc. She was responsive to all questions that I had and recommended some nice restaurants. I would stay again and recommend to others for an authentic Santo Domingo experience. Thanks!

We stayed with Daniel and his wife for 2 months now. We have never had a better time. As exchange students visiting the country for the first time we didn’t know anyone or what to expect. We felt so welcome in their home and consider this now a second home. The apartment is spacious with three beautiful bedrooms, each with an individual full bathroom, aswell as an additional toilet. Dining room is great and kitchen is well equipped with utensils, blender, toaster, etc. washing machine and dryer works well. The balcony was our favorite part and we spent most of our time at home out there, it’s both sunny during the day and amazing for watching the sunset. The pool and social area is amazing and we used it every day! The gym is simple but had everything you need. Security in the building is amazing, they’re all very friendly and will speak to you om a first name basis as friends, and gave great tips for where to go and things to do. Such an amazing complex. We will be coming back!!!

Amazing stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located--right in the heart of the action yet quiet and peaceful. Edward as host was incredibly hospitable and attentive. Highly recommend!!
