Everything is Super well, it is super central, you get to all the places that there are in the colonial area, the truth is that it is a nice or planted place, keep in mind that it does not have parking, if you bring a car or the option is to leave it on the street or in a private parking lot

Very cute appartement, confortable and very well situated. Shower is quite small.

Great place to stay! Host is amazing.

Stayed here for two nights with my daughters and wish we were able to stay longer. This penthouse was beautiful and my daughters loved it here. Oscar,B’s was a great host and his assistant who showed us the whole penthouse. The private pool area was the best and the whole place was just beautiful and the pictures don’t give it justice. Can’t wait to come back to DR cause I’ll definitely book here again!

Our stay at Ricardo’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ricardo was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication a breeze.

The penthouse apartment is very spacious and in the center of many activities including restaurants and shopping. In the morning there is an amazing breeze that fills the living room space and the sunlight is also wonderful. There is also a pool table in the top floor of the penthouse which is also spacious. Our hostess Johanna and her family were gracious and very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this apartment.

Greetings, my stay was great. only at the time of arrival the Host should be closer to guests.. Do not use the Airbnb app as the main communication…. The quiet place, Ella was always cordial in attendance, central, among others….

Will continue to book. Absolutely love the location. Can walk to all the things I like to do.

Easy to check in, good location, very good value for money!

It was a great place but at the end they tried to charge for things that were not listed in the details. Even air bnb charge a service fee they were still trying to charge. Ants were everywhere in the house thtoughout my stay

as specified in the other reviews, it's a street with a lot of life, between music and singing during evangelical masses. It's the vibe of Santo Domingo! the apartment is large, pretty, comfortable, with hot water, a good bed and an equipped kitchen. Just a few blocks from the historic center. a good place for young guests!

Joel does not live on site he cannot meet all our expectations but the presence of an extremely friendly and very responsive co-host makes it possible to have a very nice stay in this studio.
