The apartment was just like the description. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The view from the balcony is very nice and there are many options to eat and visit very close by. There is security at the entrance and the amenity areas are nice. The host is very attentive and quick to respond and in case of any problem, he resolves it in a very short time. The apartment consists of everything you need to spend a stay without stress.

My friends and I absolutely loved staying at Erik’s place! It was so beautiful and clean! It also had access to a lot of places and restaurants and transportation via uber, was a breeze from this location! Erik is also very responsive and a great host.

The location was private but centrally located. I was surprised about the size of the place. it was bigger than advertised. Really nice and I will use it as a go to spot.

Perfect spot to be close to everything in Santo Domingo. Lots of restaurants options in the east side of the city and just minutes away from the downtown of Santo Domingo best spots. As for the property well maintained from the lobby till the apartment itself. They keep the apartment super clean and well modern. Definitely keeping it as one of my top options if I’m in town.

Quiet place in a fairly charming and well-preserved historic building. It has beautiful gardens and a small pool where one can cool off in the afternoon. The apartment is much bigger and more comfortable than I thought. I even had an extra bathroom. There is 24/7 security. The other tenants of the building are quiet and almost not felt. There are a variety of restaurants, and all the buildings and historical monuments of the colonial area are within walking distance.

First and foremost, the Host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. J. was super responsive and detailed in his instructions. I couldn't had asked for a better host! He provided me with local tips on where to eat, access to a personal Chef, private Yacht rental and places to visit nearby. The apartment itself was everything I could have hoped for and more. It was beautifully decorated. The space is very open with beautiful lighting and set up. Pictures are accurate. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the kitchen well-equipped for preparing meals. One of my favorite features was the Private Heated Pool/Jacuzzi. The location is safe and not far from everything. I was just 10 to 15 minutes away from trendy cafes, bakeries, Disco and shops. One highlight of my stay was the privacy and peacefulness I was able to get on the regular. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy stay in Santo Domingo, Dr. Thank you, J, for making my trip unforgettable.
