We had a great stay at Roberto’s place in Lastarria! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Santiago and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, museums, coffee shops, the metro, and all the main tourist spots. We loved exploring the area on foot, and despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. The space itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We felt right at home and especially appreciated the 24/7 front desk security—it felt very safe. Roberto was friendly, communicative, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Santiago!

Modern 3B3B Luxury Apt in The Heart of Las Condes

There not really anything negative that I can say about Carlas rental. The location itself with perfect for our family of 4 but could have easily accommodated another person or 2. The place had a full functional kitchen with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The balcony and all the windows made it very easy to keep a nice breeze blowing thru the unit and although the unit itself does not have AC, each room does have a fan and even with the daytime temps reaching well over 30 degrees during the day, it never got anywhere near that hot inside the unit itself. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and the digital keypad entry made it easy for everyone to do their own thing without having to worry about rushing back to the unit to unlock the door!

The apartment complies with all the descriptions indicated by the host. It is a very quiet place, either within the building or in the sector (no buses pass and that is appreciated to be able to rest). The sector has very close places to eat something rich and at a great price. Valentina is very cordial and was very attentive to hand over all the requested information. The apartment is very comfortable and very well maintained, it also has a balcony where you can observe at night in a very quiet environment. It was a very pleasant stay, which we would obviously repeat in the same place. You can see that there is concern about delivering good service and that is appreciated.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, and the plus of an excellent location for the activity of your choice: gastronomy, shopping, sightseeing. Paola is much more than a host: super attentive and kind, we received a super warm note with delicious things and everything spectacular. Incredible.

Everything was as expected and as published in the listing. The people at the accommodation's reception were very attentive and kind, always ready to help. Excellent people, they were the ones who gave us the keys to the apartment. You can easily get to the accommodation, the airport bus leaves about 5 blocks away, once you learn how to use the bus and the subway it's easy to get to the tourist spots in Santiago.

I had an amazing stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything. Patricio was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cozy living area and a super comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Santiago!

The apartment is located in a beautiful and super accessible area. The comfort and cleanliness were very good, comfortable mattresses and pillows, hotel level, in addition to the bathroom. We were 4 people staying, and we were very comfortable. It has a beautiful view from the balcony and a very well-equipped kitchen. Germán responded quickly to all our concerns and very kindly. Highly recommended!

The apartment was really nice and had a beautiful view from every room. It’s easy to get around and the neighborhood felt very safe. There are also some beautiful coffee shops nearby, which was a great bonus. Light sleepers might be affected by the traffic noise, but it didn’t bother me personally. Overall, I had a lovely stay!

Diego was very friendly throughout our stay. The apartment was very well located and had a garage, a fundamental thing if you are traveling by car. The kitchen was very complete. A bit of maintenance is needed in the apartment, but it is a very nice and accessible place to stay

I loved being in Santiago, so much that I increased a night while I was there! It was amazing!!! So much that we want to come back!!! But Cynthia's apartment is amazing!!! Very good location, in a very quiet and nice view neighborhood. The apartment is very well furnished, especially the kitchen. The only space for improvement would be the bed, which was not in very good condition. The AC helps a lot on the hot days. Overall a comfortable and recommended stay.

Excellent price-quality ratio. Very central, I was struck by how clean everything was, even with a clean smell. The sector is noisy, you hear cars all night, but the windows almost completely isolate the noise, and being in height, it works perfect. It feels privacy. It was my first experience staying with the app and it was very good. I recommend Nolfa, answered questions quickly, was kind and cordial.

A 10 for the service, always caring and helpful. For what we are going to buy from Argentina, the apartment meets all the requirements. Regarding the apartment, it is a studio divided into 2 (to use the bathroom you have to go through the bedroom), they have a doorman who opens the door for you and you only have one key (super practical). Conclusion: if you come shopping, it has everything you need.

We felt right at home at Pilar's place. It is a great location if you are hoping to stay in Santiago's down-town. La Moneda metro is super close, and having the grocery shops directly underneath was so convenient. Pilar was so helpful and kind.
