Lovely apartment with great location in Santiago. Supermarket in the same building and many restaurants & cafes within walking distance. The kitchen could be better equipped, but great for a short city trip!

Claudia's apartment is brand new and I thought the location was great, there was always good movement in the surroundings, which made us feel safe to arrive at night by subway. It matches the photos well and Claudia was very flexible with the check-out, which helped us a lot to still be able to enjoy the morning in the city. The only point I would make to improve would be the drainage of the bathroom stall, the water pools a little during the shower. We would definitely stay with Claudia again.

David was a very good host, super communicative and made me feel comfortable. The location of the place is great, it was very convenient to develop a routine for a long stay (gym, stores, coffee shops, etc). The people who work there are friendly. A bonus is the washing machine in the room. For a long stay, I was comfrotable enough, but since it was just me I didnt use the extra bed in the living room. I'm a very light sleeper, so I used a white noise machine at night as the city sounds come into this 3rd floor room a bit. But overall, no major noise at night and I was able to work properly in the day.

Beautiful Depto in the heart of Santiago. Easy to get to and get out everywhere. The consortium has Parquing and safety to leave the vehicle. The concierges are very attentive. Being tall is quiet and super bright with nice views

Self check-in is especially noteworthy for early morning arrivals, and it has a 24-hour concierge. The host's attention was very good, solving any problems quickly. The apartment has just enough for a short stay. Clean bathroom and hot water working.

Very well located apartment, nearby markets, restaurants with good prices in freight to the apartment. 5 minutes walk to get to the important tourist spots (La Moneda, Plaza de Armas…). As for our hostess, a very good person, always ready to solve any problem if it occurred, she answered the calls quickly. When I return to Santiago, I will certainly give preference to Paulina's apartment.

The apartment is as described and shown, it is small, just for 2 people, comfortable, a large and beautiful balcony that has a nice view of the city with some mountain range overlooking the buildings. It's a 12th floor. The host was always nice, luckily we didn't have to disturb her, her instructions were clear and accurate when entering and checking out. It is located near the metro, approximately 500 meters away, safe area, quiet pleasant to walk. I'd recommend this place
