The house was perfect! Great location close to Disneyland. The whole house was very clean, well stocked kitchen and linens. The swimming pool, hot tub, miniature golf, games room were all wonderful and enjoyed by everyone in our family.

We had such an incredible stay at this property. It has such a homey feel which we really appreciated!! The hosts were very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. Also the neighbourhood/area was extremely peaceful with beautiful views. Would definitely stay again😁

We loved our stay here. The location is excellent and you can walk to a number of great places to eat. We would love to come back and stay here again!

The stay was amazing, I booked this place at the last moment as the place I originally booked was nothing like the listing. I was hesitant at first, but I actually met her while she was at the house and she is so sweet and she eased all of my anxieties. I was traveling alone to visit my husband on base and as a young female along I was worried but she assured me of how safe the area was and how kind the neighbors were. This is the guest house and during my stay the main house had visitors as well and we didn’t have many troubles with them I will state that the houses could have better sound proofing, we could hear everything that was happening upstairs in the main house and one of those visitors mentioned they could hear me as well. The parking is a little difficult, the driveway is very steep and I would recommend she puts the address by the driveway somewhere, it was difficult for my husband to find it at night time

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

For the price, this place is a solid choice. It was clean and the 5 beds make it a good choice for families. We really appreciated that the owner doesn't allow pets.

Nima's place is spacious and beautiful with thoughtful design touches throughout. The master bedroom is huge with a door to the back patio and includes a sauna which was a fun bonus. Multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a girl's weekend away. Highly recommended!

Jaylyn was a great host she gave us clear instructions about our stay and replied to our messages quickly. The house was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom also with best quality stuff. The house was very clean and comfortable. I was happy with the outdoor fire pit 😍. Jaylyn left us some goodies which we enjoyed during our stay. I highly recommend this house and which to come back later
