Vacation rentals with a home theater in Santa Rosa Island

The condo was great, it was clean and the kids loved the pool. It was in a prime location we were minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Definitely will come back to stay if we visit Destin again.

The host did a great job on having the condo clean and in great condition just like the photos, when we first arrived we noticed the AC was not working correctly we reached out to the host and he had it taken care of same day. Showing great responsive communication and the AC worked fine the rest of the trip. The only problem we had with this condo was the elevator situation, it was always a long wait for the elevator always at least a 5-10 minute wait to get down from the 18th floor. One time even 30 minutes. This problem is not on the host at all but really just the resorts issues in needing to repair the elevator’s that aren’t working. Other than that the stay was great and the host was amazing. I would definitely purchase another stay through this host!

I was traveling with my 3.5 year old granddaughter and there was so much to do right outside our building. Plenty of entertainment for all ages. Great restaurants. I felt incredibly safe and the security is pretty tight. I would definitely recommend this condo and the Baytown Wharf community. I’ll be back!

Wow, what a place! The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had all the bells and whistles. It would have been even better if there was an outdoor pool table. We didn’t use the game room to its fullest extent because it was on the second floor and we spent the majority of the time downstairs and outside, but that’s a minor observation. Although it seemed a little pricey upon first observation, by week’s end it seemed more like a bargain. Our host was very responsive to a problem or two we had. Beach access was fantastic and we were close to some excellent restaurants. The best experience was the fire pit on the beach, It rocked! You can’t go wrong with this one. Well worth the price.

The house was extremely clean, beautiful open floor plan with a fenced in backyard and screen in porch that was PERFECT for our two little girls to explore and play safely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with little to no traffic which was also perfect for playing outside. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to go to the beach, but the pool is a very short walk! The house had everything we needed and tons of beach accessories and toys! Overall, very satisfied with Whitney the host and the house!!

We had the best time at Coral Sands! We are a family with SEVEN children. Ages 15 down to 2. The spacious yard was great! The sand pit and little putt putt area were fun for the littles. The pool was just the right size. All the kids could play and enjoy the great weather we had. We especially loved the shallow area the toddlers could sit on and splash around. The seating available in the yard was perfect. Loved the wooden rocking loungers. The outdoor bar area was great to have to hang out. The game room had a lot of fun things for the kids to do. Lots of air hockey was played! The guest house was nice for the older kids to hang out in. The main house was extra roomy and welcoming. Everything we needed was right there. The beach was a short 2 bock walk. It was simple. Even with hauling our 7 kids there and back! It truly was a nice distance and easy walk. This place is Great!! beautifully decorated lots of little details, comfortable beds, and bedding! You basically have 3 bedrooms as the bunk area has a door to close plus its own bathroom! Updated TVs with all the apps you can possibly need for your down time. The host was absolutely wonderful responding quickly to any questions. And the biggest plus it’s on the ground floor you just walk right out to the beach, no waiting on elevators. We would definitely stay again!

The Airbnb was great in all ways. Only complaint I had was the elevators and that isn’t the fault of the Airbnb.

Amy’s place was perfect for our family! Upon arrival, my youngest daughter immediately found the abundance of toys and books, so I was able to unload and unpack our bags in peace (this is very rare 😂). The condo was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach chairs were great. The view was amazing. Amy was sweet and always available to answer any questions I had.

We loved our stay in this condo. The palm tree...nice. We felt right at home. I love the blackout shade behind the blinds in the bedroom. That offered more privacy & left the room nice & dark to sleep. The box fan was nice. I travel with my fan, but the boys used it, as we all sleep with a fan running & they didn't have to take theirs. The balconly is great & has a great view. Thank you. We enjoyed our vacation so much.

Great host! Stay was perfect, even supplied coffee! Comfortable bed and plenty of options on things to watch. Perfect location to get everywhere fast, but still private and tucked away from the crowds. Robert was super helpful and accommodating to whatever I needed. Will be recommending to everyone!
