Perfect hosts, perfect place, perfect location!! Esperanza is very professional, proactive and responsive. She made it very easy to stay at her lovely condo. Excellent communication, great information and I really didn't have to ask any questions at all. Her place was in great shape, super clean, great layout, comfortable beds, two bathrooms (very handy!) and all the kitchen tools/utensils anyone could need (yes, we cook a lot on vacation). The balcony view is exceptional, but the direct access to arguably the most amazing beach I've ever seen, was phenomenal! Destin Beach is truly one of the best Destin-ations in the world!! Three pools (even one indoors), two hot tubs, steam room, sauna and even BBQ grills - all on a well-maintained beautiful property. The many local restaurants offer a ton of variety and exceptional food, plus there are a lot of options for entertainment. We obviously loved our stay in Destin at Esperanza's fabulous abode. I highly recommend!! We will be back!!

We love staying at Casie's places. This is the second place that we have stayed at that she was the host. Everything was great as it was the last time and can't wait to start planning for the next visit to the Destin area and plan to stay with her as host again. We highly recommend any of her places.

Absolutely beautiful! My family and I loved staying here. It may not be right on the beach but the pool more than makes up for that. The beach is walkable or a very quick drive. Will be back next year, for sure.

We were upgraded to another property but everything went smoothly, very clear and quick communication! Great location, easy access to everything in town. Perfect spot for couples! Everything was clean and very organized. Will definitely be saving these spots for future trips!

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful townhouse…so peaceful looking out over the bay. We loved the patio! Our son spent hours fishing off of the nice new dock. Amazing pool…one of the largest I have seen in the area. Easy beach access across the street. Beds were super comfortable…loved waking up to the sun on the bay every morning. Kimberly was an amazing host & responded quickly when we had a question. Definitely plan to stay again!

We had the best week at License to Chill! The house was spotless when we arrived and such a beautiful house. We had two families with 4 adults and 7 children and we fit perfectly. The two masters was so nice to have! It is a little far from the beach, but you can load everything up on the included golf cart and park right by the entrance to the beach. We loved having the pool being a short distance to the house and utilized it every single day. It was in a quiet area, which we loved.. but a short drive to all the busier / trendier places (Seaside and Rosemary). Check in was great and communication from both the owner of the house and rental company were great. We would definitely return someday in the future!

We would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for us. We love Jaco’s and the house is only a short drive away. My husband & daughter actually went on a run to the end of Palafox and back the morning we checked out. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed. The layout offered privacy with a bedroom & bathroom downstairs and the 2 bedrooms upstairs, both have their own bathroom. My only complaint is that there are no blinds on any of the windows and the curtains don’t block all of the light. The garage lights and neighbors lights were pretty bright at night, but I’m also a person that likes it very dark when I sleep, so it probably wouldn’t bother most people. The house was cleaned early and Matteo messaged to let us know that we could check in early if we wanted to. That’s definitely appreciated!!

I pointed some minor things to the owner’s rep, to improve curve appeal. Overall, it was great value and will definitely consider it again in the future.

Caroline was a great host. She had flexible check in and checkout hours, and was very communicative. House was clean and fully stocked with essentials. Enjoyed my stay!

The home was great for our family of 14 to gather and enjoy Thanksgiving week together. 8 adults and 6 children. Beautiful area and convenient to shopping and beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Issue with dishwasher and Matt had maintenance come install a new one the same day! So appreciate the quick response. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Matt.

Super Airbnb! Beautiful place, extremely clean and stocked with more than you could need in the kitchen. Looked just like the pictures, everything worked, responsive host. One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Definitely recommend.

The family and I loved the place. We felt right at home and had plenty of room to relax. Definitely will rent again. Sarka was so great and responsive and that was a plus for us. Very helpful and I’m very thankful for Sarka letting us stay in such a wonderful home.

This has been our favorite Airbnb! I went on a girls trip and that space was comfy, clean and simple for the 9 of us. It was perfect for what we were looking for. The host was responsive and able to accommodate us during the hurricane. It was walking distance from Aly’s and the beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view of both ocean and bay. We couldn’t get enough of it. Enjoyed oversized balcony. Luxurious vibe, to entire squeaky clean condo. Full kitchen with all the appliances , pots n pans and cutlery. Clear instructions and immediate response from host to any questions we had. everything went smoothly. Had a great relaxing time at this resort condo.

The unit was amazing! Beautiful and spacious and the view can’t be beat. During our stay there was a group of dolphins putting on quite the show out in the bay. That was a highlight of the trip getting to see dolphins while lounging on the balcony! The location is wonderful as well - so many activities right on site and nearby. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Weather was colder than we hoped but the view from the balcony unbeatable on those 50-degree days. Close to restaurants (walking and driving) and Fort Pickens! Very short drive to downtown Pensacola, which had so much to do with+ the beach just steps away. We stayed over Thanksgiving with our baby and au pair and were able to easily make dessert for our friends’ dinner in the condo—had all the appliances, bowls, etc. we needed. Very comfortable for two parties with two separate bedrooms and private baths. Thank you!

Nice for families or couples. Very easy access to the beach in just a few minutes. The beach was clean, the water beautiful, and you could stand up in the surf a long way out so you could have considerable space even if it was crowded. The room has a great view from the balcany which is very peaceful in the mornings. The balcony was pretty private and quiet all day even though it was overlooking the pool, it was high enough not to be noisy. The pools were nice... In the afternoon the side pool was shaded which was nice considering the July/August heat. Lots of parking with easy access. We managed to get space nearly every time in the covered parking spaces. Tufan was very thorough with all the details and a good host. We would stay again.

My family just left this condo and I have to say, it was absolutely fantastic! The condo was super clean and well-maintained, which is something we truly appreciated. Nicole was great to work with! The place was beautiful and in a super cute location. The carts helped with getting our luggage to the second floor. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus! There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out. It was clean and had everything you could need. The master shower and adjustable bed were an added treat. Highly recommend!!
