Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa María Huatulco

We loved the place so much. We slept better than we have in a very long time ‘ 10+ hours a day for the first week. The bed and pillows were so comfy and cozy for both of us. We are home now and I am missing the bed at the Airbnb. Nadia gave us great instructions and communicated clearly with us…. Thanks for all your support before arrival. I felt less anxious having answers to all my questions ahead of time. Thank you Nadia!! Thank you for getting us water ahead of time due to our late arrival. We communicated with Ceci throughout the trip and she went above and beyond making us feel comfortable and part of the local community. She introduced us to many areas around Huatulco. We are forever grateful!! Thank you so much Ceci!! The Airbnb was clean, cozy, and perfect for 2 of us. We cooked several days at home…. The full sized fridge was perfect to hold all of our food. We enjoyed the movies on the TV once we figured out how to use it. The pool was refreshing on hot days.

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect! My boyfriend and I stayed here for one month, and this Airbnb had everything we needed! Julien and Adriana are lovely hosts and super helpful and accommodating! The location was perfect for our needs. The Airbnb is on a hill at one end of town, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Even though the Airbnb is at one end of town, Mazunte is so small and walkable, there were no issues getting around. (For reference, you can leisurely stroll across town to San Agustinillo in less than 30 minutes.) A reliable l Internet connection is really important for me because I work remotely, and there were no issues with the Starlink Internet. There is air conditioning throughout the entire unit (both the living/kitchen area and the bedroom). I thought I liked the heat, but I can’t imagine spending a month in Mazunte without air conditioning. I would recommend this Airbnb to all my friends and family!

Excellent place and location, super quiet, clean and comfortable, it is close to the village of La Crucecita. Levi is a very friendly guy, he was always attentive, he responds quickly, 10/10 in every aspect, we will definitely come back, 100% recommended😉.

Very nice condo and location is perfect as it is very close to tourist shops and a couple of convenience stores. It is about a two block walk with easy access to get to the beach and park area. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Karla and the air BNB were great. This was a great spot, walking distance from Playa Zipolite and Playa de Amor, although at night it may be easy to grab a cab instead of walking uphill from the city center. Karla was super friendly and responsive. The main bedroom was comfortable and the second bedroom had two full-sized beds so the house could fit three people for a short stay. Air con was great. Water was hot. No complaints. :)

Great spot right across road from the beach. Easy walk to the restaurant zone, very effective air con, just the right amount of amenities. Excited to return! Thanks for being wonderful hosts Armando and Lizette!!

Impressive view from the Loft, spectacular day and night, super comfortable additional services, the location with Taxi or private car is close to the center and the docks, it has all the services to spend the days, kitchen, hot water, planca, AC, mosquito nets and parking. Highly recommended for the privacy of the surrounding area.

The place is really nicely located, the complex is really great and the unit itself is decent, 2 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is in need of an upgrade, don't expect to cook all your meals here. Miguel is great, super responsive and takes care of any issues immediately!

Carolina's place is perfectly situated on a quiet street, within a 3min walk to the main strip with food & restaurants, and a 6min walk to two different beaches. The private pool overlooking the ocean was stunning, and the check in / out process was seamless! Would definitely recommend :)

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was amazing, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The master bedroom, being separated from the main house, gives it a special touch: it is cozy and offers excellent privacy. Everything was perfectly designed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We definitely recommend it!

I loved staying at this AirBnB. Since I arrived, everything was perfect: the house was impeccably clean, very tastefully decorated and cared for in every detail. The location was also beautiful, in a quiet and very nice place to rest and enjoy. The love and dedication with which they maintain the space was evident. It really was a very nice and comfortable experience; I felt right at home. I would definitely come back!

I loved my stay in Huatulco, the house is comfortable and according to the photos and description. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding was impeccable, I felt at home, in addition to the region that is close to the center and commerce of the region. I'd be staying in this house for sure!

We were very happy with the house. Just what we were looking for was always communication at all times. It is a very quiet area, everything is close and is easily accessible. It was very worthwhile, from the service, to the cleanliness of the place. We will return. There is a person who is in charge of the house and sleeps in a room next door, he was very attentive and his stay was not felt. I would 100% recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed - so much space, great internet, big kitchen and the beach and shops are only a short walk away. Lisa was so helpful upon arrival and helped us navigate the public transport to find her, and also helped us rent a motorbike upon arrival. Would recommend as 10/10 accommodation. Brilliant stay; very responsive host; truly amazing Villa!

Wonderful accommodation - very spacious, comfortable and clean. The highlight for us was the pool. Walking distance to large grocery store, "Chedraui", which carried everything you needed. Very secure well maintained building and grounds. The security personnel were very accommodating calling taxis for us and selling large bottled water. Restaurants close by, "El Cajun" was our favourite in the complex and we unfortunately heard too late in the week about "Vienna" which is across the road above Liverpool Express which was a residents recommendation. Friendly residents that live in the complex. Local beaches - Playa Chahue across the road had red flags but looked Ok for swimming close to shore. A quiet hidden treasure is Playa El Tejon a 20 minute walk or 40 peso cab ride for ocean swimming and snorkelling. Chairs and cafes on the beach but a steep walk down. Jerod always was responsive to our texts.

I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at an Airbnb this well stocked! The kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces had everything you need and more. We felt right at home here. The views are incredible, the beach is quiet, and the resort is very convenient. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs to climb from the pool area back up to the condo, with no elevator. The result is amazing views, but someone with mobility issues may struggle. Aviel is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, everyone was very friendly and accessible, Karla and Luis were always attentive, Biulu was always very friendly and hospitable. The area is quiet and without noise, so you can rest easy after 10:00 PM. It has all the amenities for a quiet and comfortable stay.

It was our first visit to this beautiful tourist center, and the accommodation was more than perfect to enjoy our vacation. In addition, Brian made us feel right at home, always so kind, helpful and attentive to anything. We hope to return soon

Beautiful place. Very clean and tidy. It is as described. Both the apartment and the common areas are very nice. Equipped with everything you need. The only uncomfortable thing would be the bus with music that constantly passes by at night until approximately midnight, but it is something that is beyond the control of the building. Parking is on the street but we didn't struggle at all to find a place to park. We hope to return!!

Excellent facilities, I would have loved to spend more time there, but we came to spend time on the beach then I feel that we did not take advantage of the property , however that does not demerit you how beautiful and comfortable it is, if the trip had been with another planning and the longer time it would have been more profitable for us. Take into account that you have to read the waste separation regulations and ask about electricity consumption.
