We arrived at the house a little late, and there was Tiziana waiting for us with a smile, some cookies and an aperitif. The Halloween set house🎃, my kids were amazed. The house is of high quality and well cared for. Many royalties to enjoy, coffee, jam, milk, buns, in short, we didn't realize everything. We really would have liked to stay forever. What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

Stefania is one of the best hosts we've ever met. The welcome was superlative, the house is comfortable, attention to detail, super clean. The location is great, the surrounding area is very quiet. The place is really suitable for every need. Everything inside was selected with taste, but what impressed us the most is, without a doubt, Stefania's serenity and availability. All we can do is recommend staying in this lovely environment.

It was a great stay at the Casetta Sant’ Angelica! Roberto is a great host, kind, helpful and very nice. We found the house comfortable for us 4 adults with 3 furry ones, comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen, perfect shower and very useful pool. Although the land is sloping, it did not create any difficulty for our outdoor evenings and the furry ones were in total freedom as the property is completely fenced. We will definitely be back.

We had a beautiful stay at Agnese’s charming villa. Very peaceful location with gorgeous views. Great spot being only a short 15 minute walk into the beautiful town of Assisi.

one word - WOW. what an amazing Airbnb. the hosts were fantastic and friendly, the location was right around the corner from assisi, the bnb itself was clean and GORGEOUS. we had 3 little pups with us who loved the yard and running around. the beds were so comfortable, plenty of room, just an amazing place worth the money and worth the experience!!!!

Maurizio kindly agreed to accommodate us with our dogs and we are very happy that he did. He was very communicative and even arranged for an English speaker to greet us at the check in. He contacted us before to make sure we know where we are going and after to ensure we were happy with everything. Could not ask for a better host. The accommodation is great, we stayed for almost 2 weeks and felt right at home. You have all the facilities you might need and it is all in top condition. The location is right on the shore of the lake, the garden is huge (I mean huge) and well maintained. The sunset is out of this world. You have several restaurants within the walking distance (one literally 2 minutes away and really decent). Maurizio grazie per l'ospitalità!

I stayed at this property with my family and two animals. We had a great time, a quiet place and surrounded by olive trees. Lapo and his parents welcomed us very well. They are very nice. I highly recommend it

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We lacked nothing. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Huge thanks to Stephano and his son Filippo for giving us wonderful and memorable vacation. They are the Super Hosts “. They love what they do and have a lot of pride in it. They are not only the super hosts but also farmers. They produce olive oil, honey from their own land . Stephano is also truffle hunter. He and his son accompanied by hunting dog Luna took us to truffle hunting. It was my most exciting event in this trip. Luna was so friendly and cute! This is a family owned farmhouse for generations converted to guest houses. It has a lot of history in it. I highly recommend this place.

If you're looking for a place to relax at Reilly's, you've definitely found it. You have a fantastic view over the valley and tranquility if you are looking for it. A house with all the comforts you need to spend carefree days. Good food can definitely be found in Montefalco and good wine and excellent olive oil. We were completely satisfied and carefree happy

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for Christmas with my family, we had a great time. The apartment was warm and also equipped with wood for the fireplace. Everything was clean and there was everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outside even though we didn't take advantage of it given the cold is very nice. We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Grandma Jenny's place made for a wonderful stay for me and my two children. It was cozy and a very convenient location to see many beautiful sights the area has to offer!

Our stay in a holiday home in a quaint valley near Gualdo Tadino, Umbria, was a great experience. The location of the house was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and in an ideal place to explore the surroundings. The green landscape offered us exactly the relaxation we were looking for. Also close to restaurants and grocery stores. (5 mins) The hostess (and gentleman :-))made our stay really special. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to advise us on getaways and local attractions. However, what we appreciated most was the delicious homemade desserts she brought us from time to time. From tiramisu to fresh pannacotta, every dish was a treat. In addition, we got fresh tomatoes from her garden, which were really full of taste. The house was comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely terrace where we could enjoy the surroundings. We had brief problems with the electricity, but that was quickly fixed. Great.

Stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. Beautiful chalet, very clean and quiet. Cristiana welcomed us in, and gave us excellent recommendations as well as local tips. We'll definitely come back again in the summertime.

The villa is the most beautiful place we stayed at during our 20 day trip through Europe. It’s a bit on a splurge in price but very much worth it. The views from the villa of the pool and the lake are breathtaking. The house is very beautiful, everything was functioning properly and the kitchen is great to cook in. We stayed in and cooked dinner one night and it was great. We also took advantage of the Complimentary olive oil tasting that is included with the stay and that was also of fun. Our guide said was so knowledgeable! I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was a much needed break during our busy vacation.

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.
