Tiziana was an attentive but never intrusive host. He welcomed us with a sweet and a glass of the excellent Sagrantino passito typical of the area. The house is very welcoming, spacious, clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with coffee maker, milk frother, kettle, toaster, etc. For breakfast, in addition to coffee, milk, rusks, butter and jams, various types of herbal teas were available, as well as a preparation for hot chocolate and fresh fruit. Even in the bathroom, small useful items such as cotton swabs, makeup pads, nail files and various types of soaps. Outside there is a small well-kept garden with a small table and deck chairs and you can enjoy a beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful area. Perfect stay.

one word - WOW. what an amazing Airbnb. the hosts were fantastic and friendly, the location was right around the corner from assisi, the bnb itself was clean and GORGEOUS. we had 3 little pups with us who loved the yard and running around. the beds were so comfortable, plenty of room, just an amazing place worth the money and worth the experience!!!!

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for Christmas with my family, we had a great time. The apartment was warm and also equipped with wood for the fireplace. It was all clean and there was everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outside, even if we didn't take advantage of it given the cold, is very nice. We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Impeccable stay, house always warm at the right point both day and night, Sara offered us something for breakfast which was much appreciated, the nights were beautiful in the midst of the beauty of the woods and the silence. The price for an apartment like this is really good, and honestly we can't wait to go back, it was sad to have to leave already, even the dog had fallen in love with the place! Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. Good week in this house

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

We had the most perfect time here, the photos don’t give this property the justice it deserves, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Definitely a hidden gem, just absolutely stunning. A perfect slice of Umbria, with a gorgeous pool surrounded by fields of olive trees. Will defiantly be recommended this property and cannot wait to return one day.

We were in Todi for work, but thanks to the beautiful house and Adele's welcome we felt like we were on vacation. Perfect house and clean in every corner even for a large group like ours. A bathroom for each room, spacious rooms and beautiful kitchen! Should we return we will not hesitate to book here, perhaps in summer so as to use the pool!

If you're looking for a place to relax at Reilly's, you've definitely found it. You have a fantastic view over the valley and peace and quiet if you seek it. A house with all the comforts you need to spend carefree days. You can definitely find good food in Montefalco and good wine and excellent olive oil as well. It was such a wonderful place to stay, and we wish we could have stayed longer! Angela and her son were very helpful and hospitable. The place itself was so beautiful, and you certainly can't beat Assisi. I told Angela that we would be bringing a baby and a toddler, and she had a crib set out and ready for us, along with a high chair and bibs. She even provided coffee and cornetti for breakfast. We are so grateful and hope to be back soon!

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

I stayed at Bettina's for 10 days with my little dog Rita, an English setter. Rita had a great time, she had plenty of room to run and explore. I also worked very well from there, the house is nicer than it looks in the photos, everything works well and the place is cozy. Bettina was friendly and didn't hesitate to lend me an onion and two slices of bread when I found myself with few ingredients for dinner. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

A charming quiet place surrounded by nature. Suitable for those like us who need to get away from daily stress. A clean, tidy environment inside with care x every detail of the house. We had a wonderful stay at Giuseppe's who is a warm, considerate, passionate and exciting host. Villa Nubia is a peaceful oasis, beautifully decorated. (Pinturicchio painting) Thanks for the welcome basket! All of Giuseppe's advice was perfect (parking to visit Perouse, restaurant, etc.) The view of the area from the balcony is really beautiful, and the garden makes you want to come back on sunny days: salt pool, barbecue, everything you need to enjoy the area in a very nice environment. You can park your car in front of the house (electric gate). Despite the cold, the apartment was very well heated, cozy and quiet. Giuseppe showed us the simple operation of the spa, the bedding was perfect to recover from our beautiful visits and everything was there to feel at home. Many thanks Giuseppe, and we hope to see you next time, in good weather, to continue our discovery of Umbria!
