Renzo’s olive garden is perfect for discovering Umbrië or just hang at home and enjoy the beautiful garden and view of the lake. We immediately felt at home. The house is equipped with everything you need indoors and outdoors. Personally we didn’t like the bed/mattress, to soft and to small for a tall Dutch man ;) Samira (the host) is great and we also loved her kind dog. Samira had good recommendations for restaurants, we went to her work to buy olive oil and she gave us our first olive oil tasting. Great experience!

Tiziana is an exceptional host: nice and very welcoming. I also prepared a welcome "cicchetto" with Montefalco passito and sweets in an impressive cake stand. She provided us with information about restaurants, we also spoke about the earthquake at night and we greeted each other in person. The house is very nice: livable spaces, a nice comfortable sofa for relaxation, a skillful restoration of antique furniture, beautiful colors and many fairies... a special detail. He also leaves a "diary" where guests can leave their thoughts: remarkable! Terrace overlooking the surroundings, really beautiful. Definitely super-recommended

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

We had a beautiful stay at Agnese’s charming villa. Very peaceful location with gorgeous views. Great spot being only a short 15 minute walk into the beautiful town of Assisi.

one word - WOW. what an amazing Airbnb. the hosts were fantastic and friendly, the location was right around the corner from assisi, the bnb itself was clean and GORGEOUS. we had 3 little pups with us who loved the yard and running around. the beds were so comfortable, plenty of room, just an amazing place worth the money and worth the experience!!!!

The house has a great view and was very comfortable for our family. We loved hiking in the area, swimming in the pool and winding down. Beautiful Montone is close by and Umbertide with all the necessary shops, a short drive down the hill.

Very pleasant house to live in, extremely quiet, with a superb view of Lake Trasimeno. It is located in an excellent way, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car we are also in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or bike, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. For a rental in the heart of Umbria and the south of Tuscan, do not look elsewhere, this is the place to come. Annette and Michel

Gorgeous place with a fab pool. Close to loads of lovely towns to explore. Great outdoor table for al fresco dining at night. Very authentic, rustic house but with everything you need and air conditioning in every room. We had two babies and Norma provided cots and high chairs.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

We were in Todi for work, but thanks to the beautiful house and the welcome of Adele we felt on vacation. Perfect and clean house in every corner even for a large group like ours. A bathroom for every room, spacious rooms, and a beautiful kitchen! If we come back we will not hesitate to book here, maybe in the summer so we can use the pool!

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

We loved our stay here. You are very close to Assisi old town- just walk to the parking lot next door and ride the escalator up. We parked the car on the property and did not use it the whole time. We walked to Assisi both days we were here and spent time in the town. When we needed groceries we walked to the nearby Tigre grocery store. After walking around the town the apartment was perfect for relaxing. It was comfortable with lots of space. There is a TV. The beds are very comfortable. My son loved having his own space in the little nook. We had what we needed to make breakfast and simple dinners. We followed Angela's guidebook (on the Airbnb app/site) to book a restaurant in town one time. Our GPS had a hard time finding the house, but we called and her son explained it to us. After that it was very easy.

We had a great stay at Guiliano’s Le Gorghe close to Perugia. The spacious guest apartment has a lot of antique furniture, which creates a warm atmosphere. The kitchen has everything one needs for cooking. The terrace is just one step outside the apartment (with a roof for shade), therefore we used it nearly for every meal. There is also a very nice pool, which makes it easy to relax. A huge shopping mall with supermarket is only a few minutes‘s drive away in Ellera. Giuliano was always around at the structure and is super nice and always helpful.

bettina's house is a rare pearl, warm, cozy, clean and tidy, but above all dog-friendly: a large garden available to our four-legged friends where you can run freely and safely was the cherry on an already absolutely perfect cake. the area is extremely quiet, comfortable to everything, Bettina is kind and helpful, really highly recommended

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

We had a wonderful stay at Giuseppe's place who is a warm, considerate, passionate and exciting host. Villa Nubia is a haven of peace, nicely decorated.(Pinturicchio painting) Thanks for the welcome basket! All Giuseppe's tips were perfect (parking to visit Perouse, restaurant...) The view of the area from the balcony is really beautiful, and the garden makes you want to come back to sunny days: salt pool, barbecue, everything you need to enjoy the area in a very nice environment. You can park your car in front of the house (electric gate). Despite the cold, the apartment was very well heated, cozy and quiet. Giuseppe showed us the simple operation of the spa, the bedding was perfect to recover from our beautiful visits and everything was there to feel at home. Thank you Giuseppe, and we hope to see you next time, with the good weather, to continue our discovery of Umbria!

Excellent experience. It is an area very close to the historic center to walk around with many options for food and things to see. The owners were very kind and very communicative. To know it is a young area where they go out at night but from the accommodation you can hardly hear anything. The bed is very comfortable! Only the bathroom door is a little uncomfortable. the fie exelente experience!

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! Paolo’s place exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a secluded place in the country and also accessible with a rental car. From the warm welcome at the front gate to easy parking right next to our farm house, we knew we were in for a wonderful stay. We could spend months in this beautiful home. Paolo and Flora are a lovely couple. They have a cute little dog and three cats that are all very friendly. There was a bottle of red wine for us as well as fresh fruit and a big bottle of water. On the last night of our stay they cooked a lovely traditional Italian meal for us. Paolo’s communication was almost instant. He was also very thorough with his instructions on everything we needed to know about the house. I can’t say enough about this stay. And lastly the views from our house were breathtaking. We couldn’t get enough of the beautiful scenery! I highly recommend.
