Truly lovely apartment, comfortable, quiet, close to the center and free parking. House easily heated in a short time. Adequate and comfortable space. We had a really good time.

Maurizio helps alot. He always answered the messages a few moments after we messaged. He explained everything and the place was really clean and had everything we needed. He gave out recommendations of places and helped were he could. If I visit Perugia again, I will surely book with him!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. It is located right in the middle of everything. All of the shops, restaurants, and historical sites are within walking distance. The minimetrò is a five minute walk from the apartment. From the metro you are at the rail station within 10 minutes. Nicola was helpful and responsive, and self check in was very easy.

We had a great time at Barbara's place, beautiful, well renovated, great design. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the Major Fountain and the main places of artistic and cultural interest. Barbara was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone

The apartment is a two-storey studio in a house with two further apartements, that of the landlords and a second holiday apartment. Both the landlords’ apartment and the studio have roofed terraces with a wonderful view onto the Valle Umbra. Although landlords hardly use their terrace, a construction between the two terraces that would ensure privacy, would have been nice. The studio is tastefully furnished and artfully decorated. The landlords had prepared a welcome box, when we arrived!

My friends and I stayed here for four nights and had an exceptional experience. Luca was kind and helpful, the house was very clean and contained everything we needed to make us feel at home. The optimal location, just a few minutes' walk from the station and the mini-meter, as well as two supermarkets. The house is equipped with fully functioning wifi, a smart TV, oven, kettle, anything else that comes to mind is probably already present in the house. It's clear that the host is very professional and accurate, we'll definitely be back! thanks for hosting us!

Extremely clean apartment Super friendly host

Huge thanks to Stephano and his son Filippo for giving us wonderful and memorable vacation. They are the Super Hosts “. They love what they do and have a lot of pride in it. They are not only the super hosts but also farmers. They produce olive oil, honey from their own land . Stephano is also truffle hunter. He and his son accompanied by hunting dog Luna took us to truffle hunting. It was my most exciting event in this trip. Luna was so friendly and cute! This is a family owned farmhouse for generations converted to guest houses. It has a lot of history in it. I highly recommend this place.

Monica and Fabio were super Hosts. Very kind, helpful and at our disposal, the house location is Great for a peaceful stay, long walks in nature , great landscapes, we enjoyed a 2 nights stay in in front of the Fireplace . Definitely recommend and will be back .

Fabulous structure in a quiet area and close to Assisi and Perugia... the lady and figkia are truly exceptional courteous and always available... fabulous rachele suites to be comfortable (there were 3 of us).

We stayed in Paola's apartment for two nights and the experience was excellent. The apartment was perfectly clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for exploring Perugia and the surrounding area. Paola was extremely kind and helpful, ready to respond to our every request with great cordiality. House just over a 10-minute walk to the center of Perugia. A fabulous pastry shop is 5 minutes away, where the host has also arranged discounts for his guests, as well as in many other bars and shops in the city. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, he was always available and responsive in communication, he made us find the breakfast necessities and a gift for my partner's birthday. In the house there is everything you need for the kitchen, pots and pans, dishes and also oil, vinegar, salt, coffee... a microwave, a pizza heater, another oven, the gas stove... in short, really everything! What about the fireplace and the fantastic spa area with Jacuzzi, steam room and shower with chromotherapy! A dream! The heaters also work perfectly, which is important if you go in the fall - winter. The house is tastefully furnished, very quiet, and surrounded by greenery.
