Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Margherita di Pula

Clean and tidy new environment

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

Francesco and his team were responsive and so very helpful. When i couldn’t work out the TV Francesco came personally, did everything and after a few days brought in a brand new television. Just an example of how attentive he is. Locked myself out and in a few minutes Ilenia was at my door to let me in. The team responded urgently and I felt safe all through. As an English speaker in non-English speaking country the team made every effort to translate stuff and make it easy. The place is squeaky clean (something super important to me). It’s as beautiful as the pictures. I honestly have no criticism. This was one of my best stays! If I find myself in Sardinia again this will be the place I will be trying to book again.

We were warmly welcomed by Morena, the daughter of the hosts. She had prepared for us a little attention in the form of something sweet, olive oil and liquor and even filled the fridge. She also gave us numerous great recommendations for beaches, excursions and restaurants – all were really excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the surroundings very quiet. Due to the central location of the property we were able to easily make various excursions, and the nearby beaches are among the most beautiful I have ever visited. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea. We didn't miss anything, and we felt like we were at home. The apartment was spacious, and I would book it again anytime! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

We had wonderful days with Luca. The Airbnb is new, modern and clean as well as a large terrace to linger. The morning buffet is fresh and delicious. Always happy to stay again.

Great location set in a beautiful, well maintained garden with Pool (which is still closed at the moment before the season). 10min drive to Iglesias city centre and supermarkets, 25min to Nebida. Be sure to visit the impressive Grotte di S. Giovanni, 10min from the accommodation! We loved the archways around the house, which have some nice shade in the warm days.

We had a super nice vacation in Villasimius. Lorenzo is a very good host. We were very happy about the welcome gift. The apartment is located in a very quiet area. We would love to be in this apartment again.

We loved living there! We spent 5 days and really enjoyed the fantastic terrace and the swimming pool, almost for ourselves most of the time! The house is really nice but the terrace and the garden, as well as the pool, are just amazing! The house is very close to amazing beaches, lots of them, and Teresa recommended us very good ones. The village of Sant Anna is really small but you can ding a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. Teresa was really nice and helpful. We highly recommend this place to families! We’d be happy to come back!❤️

We spent 10 days in this wonderful house. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The house is super equipped and everything corresponded to the description. The location is excellent. You live on a huge property without disturbing neighbors, at the same time there are numerous beaches, restaurants and shopping nearby. Roberto is a great host with a lot of heart, we've never had a better one! Especially after our first week in Costa Paradiso, with landlords who were not at all paradise, that was particularly good. He has provided us with good tips and recommendations again and again. He was quick to respond to every question and was there to help us. Many thanks! We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

I stayed with 2 friends, the house is tidy and offers all the amenities described. Extreme flexibility for check-in and check-out. Close to the center of Cagliari, which you can reach well by car and public transport. The hosts are very helpful and hospitable, difficult to ask for better! 😀

Maria was a great host. Although we never met (we arrived late on Sunday night!) the process for getting into the apartment was easy. Maria was very kind in leaving beer and wine in the fridge, and snacks to keep us going! I really enjoyed the stay - just wish we had been there for a bit longer!

The stay was very pleasant, Corrado is a helpful host and attentive to the needs of his tenants. He gave us clear directions to the most beautiful places to visit and the most significant attractions nearby. The house is beautiful with all the necessary amenities and ample outdoor spaces; the price is absolutely worth the proposed accommodation, if we return to the area we will definitely think of Corrado!

We stayed at Marwan's place for last two nights on Sardinia and I must say the terrace and it's view is unbelievable! 🤩. Marwan is great owner, very friendly and replying straight ahead. Also he let us stay for late checkout and that was good too. I can highly recommend to stay at his place.

Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

We stayed here for three nights. The apartement is spotless and the location is brilliant. Suited for two pax. Ylania responded quickly and was very nice to communicate with. Recommended for shorter stays. If you plan to stay for longer, I would suggest a bigger apartment.

House with a breathtaking view of the port of Cagliari and super flexible staff with check-in time

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.

A return visit to Igino and Agnese. Such a warm and friendly welcome from such lovely people. An ideal place for our family to stay. Grazie mille!
