Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Antonia was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The accomodations were great and very roomie. The location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants in town. Thank you Antonia for making our stay enjoyable 😊

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. The apartment "like at home" is exactly what it promises. There were three of us, two adults and a 2-year-old, and we had a very good time. The apartment is in the center, but in a quiet setting. A stone's throw away is everything you might need. It is also very close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area. Marzia was a great host! If I had to go back to Villasimius, I would not hesitate to choose this apartment again!

We loved staying in this apartment, it was nice and clean, had a giant window, air conditioning. Several coffee shops close by. Easy to get on bus to go downtown. Apartment just 1 block off beautiful beach

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. A very nice and cozy apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and seen off personally by Maria. The location was great. Short distances to the village and the beaches. The apartment was perfectly equipped. Even an umbrella and chairs for the beach were available. We will gladly rent this apartment again when we are back in Sardinia. Thanks Maria.

Exceptionally clean property. Extremely clear instructions from the host regarding check in. Great location. Nice big shower with excellent water pressure. Hairdryer was of a good quality (not like what you get in hotels).

We had a fantastic stay in Cagliari, the apartment was top in order and Renata gave us all kinds of tips and tricks for nearby. A super nice host and definitely recommended!

Central area of Cagliari, easy to get around on foot, really well-kept apartment and full of every comfort. Area full of restaurants and clubs, but quiet. The only flaw is the parking lot of the station that is located nearby, where you can leave your car, managed by an entity that really steals your money, for the period of stay I spent almost more on parking than accommodation. Otherwise, we'd take it again without a second thought.

I stayed at Corrado's house with my family of 5, including 2 kids and 1 baby. Fabulous house in all respects, equipped with many comforts and with a very pleasant outdoor space where you can eat in the calm of the place, in a great location to reach all the most beaches of South Sardinia and its beautiful coastline. We will definitely return to this area and to Corrado's, a fantastic person always ready to help and really hospitable. Thank you.

Very comfortable apartment, newly equipped, nicely decorated, as described, direct walking access to the walkway with viewpoint. Very friendly host, key box code by WhatsApp. Car parking in front of apartment is convenient. It's just a shame that throughout the city there are many houses with kennels, with dogs sometimes barking at night. Bring earplugs.

Anna was always friendly and helpful, the apartment is large, bright and is really great. It's easy to explore everything on foot or take the bus around. Highly recommended!

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a really nice stay with Simonetta. The flat is exactly like on the pictures, containing everything we needed. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the area itself is very calm. Simonetta was always very helpful and answered our questions immediately. We would love to come again!

Good place for a couple of days close to Porto Pino

We had 7 wonderful days in Patrizia's apartment. Our arrival was in the evening, which is why we were surprised at first by the supposedly abandoned hotel complex surrounded by nature. But Patrizia's apartment is lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We felt so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. The surroundings are an absolute dream for beach lovers and nature lovers. By car, the surroundings are very easy to explore and you can reach many very nice and quiet beaches. Since we were there after the high season, the hotel complex was little visited. We had the pool almost to ourselves and it was very quiet and relaxing. Every evening we could enjoy the breathtaking view directly to the sea and the sunset. An absolute highlight. The place is recommended for anyone who enjoys quiet days in nature and by the sea and at the same time wants to stay in a nice cozy home. Recommendation!!!

Very nice apartment with great views. Andrea is a great host, extremely accommodating and helpful. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly flexible and smooth. I can recommend it to everyone!
