Apartment vacation rentals in Santa Luce

We had a lovely October week in Viareggio. The apartment was just like the description, very clean and lovingly furnished. You can quickly reach the sea or the promenade with many shops and restaurants. It's worth following the tips of Francesca and Giovanni. We are glad to have booked this apartment!

Great apartment in a great location, right at the edge of the main strip and above a grocery market. The train tracks are not noisy at all. Ultra responsive and friendly hostin Andrea. Most restaurants closed in the off season, but options still available. Can’t ask for more!

We stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8. Everything is tip top. This will make you immediately feel at home. The apartment is spaciously laid out. Everything has been thought of. There is simple food and drink to let you through the first hours, a washing machine, hairdryer, pool towels etc. The beds are very good and the air conditioning works great. The swimming pool and parking space are in front of the door. The pool is very nice place to relax and is never too crowded. Lucca is 10 minutes away by car and is very nice and easy to visit. There is always plenty of room for parking. Many other attractions are within easy driving distance of the apartment. We were there for 2 weeks and never got bored. A car is necessary. Finally, Elisa, of course, that makes everything possible. She is doing this excellently. Everything is tip top and with a nice and positive energy Elisa makes it a pleasant stay. If there is anything or needed, she responds quickly.

The place is magnificent and very well kept, clean and super cozy. It's a little out of the way but we chose it just for the secluded location and surrounded by nature; in any case with a halfhour by car you can get to several wonderful places. Nicola was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend a stay here, it's refreshing!!

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

Nice and spacious accommodation close to town and beach. Paolo was a nice host who was easy to deal with.

Alessia was very friendly and always ready to answer. The apartment was very nice qnd quiet, near to railway station and the beach. We liked also very much bikes that included the price. Thank you very much for our wonderfull holiday!

Linda is a great host and was very helpful with information about the area which made our stay so much better, enabling us to get into Florence easily. The view from the property was beautiful and we could see San Casciano on the hill top. We loved watching the hot air balloons float in the mornings, as the mist cleared from the trees, and had lots of amazing photo opportunities. The place was very quiet, a few hundred metres down a gravel track, well away from any main roads. The kitchen was well equipped with good pots and pans, chopping boards, sharp knives, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc.

Our stay at Nina’s apartment has been great. The apartment itself is very beautiful and we particularly liked the idea of it being on different floors. We could therefore enjoy some time apart when one of us needed to relax after a day out. The apartment was very clean and our host was very approachable. It was also very central so we were able to walk to the old town during the street festival and take a short bus ride to the local lidos. We would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Small apartment but with all the essentials... when we arrived we found the house already nice warm, a welcome basket with breakfast, the coffee pod machine available and a bottle of water. What more could you ask for? Oh, I forgot a parking space in front of the apartment... If I find myself going back from there, it will definitely be my first choice.

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

The apartment is well maintained, clean, cozy and in a quiet location, despite being not too far from the walls of Lucca. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Andrea is a very attentive host, clear in the directions and available. One of the best places I've ever tried.

The home had all the amenities, was very clean and tidy. Also, tastefully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable; there is also plenty of storage space. The boy's room had details for him to entertain (paintings, notebooks, etc.). The apartment is in a very quiet area and you have to walk about 5 minutes to the bus stop that connects with the center of Pisa in about 15 -20 minutes. Michele is a perfect host! Quickly respond to messages, and always be attentive to what you might need. Before your arrival you send you all the possible directions to make it easy for you to get to the accommodation. It also gives you local tips and advice. We had some snacks prepared when we arrived at the house; which we appreciated because our flight was delayed and we arrived late. On the last day he helped us get to the central station, a touch of his part.

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Stefania’s place is a truly hidden gem! This apartment is exactly what you need for a luxury relaxed weekend just a short bike-ride from Forte dei Marmi city center. My friends and I spent there few days to celebrate a hen party and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ask for; there is coffee and snacks, and it was spotlessly clean! Also Stefania was so kind to leave us fresh croissants outside the door for both mornings we stayed there, a really nice gesture. We asked her to manage a late checkout and she let us stay until 3pm, so we could enjoy the typical Forte dei Marmi Sunday market and an amazing lunch by the seaside. So this is definitely the right place to book!

The property and surrounding area is beautiful, We loved the estate and especially the pool area. Had a great experience there and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Exploring the area was fun, especially Pisa and Lucca. Our only issue was finding good food, I guess we had high expectations after visiting Florence. Overall it was a nice stay and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

The rental was for two nights. Many thanks to the hosts of this beautiful house for creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation! The apartment is beautiful, interestingly decorated, large, bright, clean, on the second floor, the entrance is separate. It is possible to rent for a large family or several families, there are additional rooms. Nice smell of the room. Everything is thoughtful. Comfortable large double bed, bed linen, bedside tables with night lamps, TV, wardrobe. The kitchen is huge. All necessary utensils. The bathroom is large, clean. Towels, hygiene products. Shower with bath. Parking is convenient close to the house. Few minutes to the bakery, where they cook right in front of you incredibly delicious bread and pizza, fresh food. People are helpful. Very nice atmosphere! Very fresh air!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Amazing location in Lucca. Walked so quickly to the walls. Apartment had all we needed. Beautiful outdoor terrace and lots of fresh air through the windows. Don’t spend much time at the apartment itself which should be typical as there is so much to do and see in the area. Would recommend.
