This is such a beautiful place to stay, decorated tastefully and so peaceful and relaxing. Just a short stroll from the cafes and the village. Highly recommend, we shall return 👍🏼

Lorenzo went above and beyond as a host. Extremely fast responses and even helped me with some local recommendations. Highly highly recommend booking with them. Place is exactly as described, comfortable with all the amenities you would need. Very easy check in and access. The location is in a quieter area about a 15-20m walk away from the city center, or there is a tram close by (2min walk) that will take you in one stop.

If you’re looking for something different, an oasis of uncontaminated peace fully immersed in nature, combined with the relaxation of hikes and walking around in the mountains, here we’ll find the perfect place. Marciaso is a lovely small village, that counts almost 70 people right now, due to the 2nd world war. Everyone knows each other, and the atmosphere is of an helpful community that just loves to live with what the world has to offer to them. The house was as you see, simple, comfortable, well heated with 2 air con, well furnished and with an amazing view to the rest of the other villages close to Marciaso. At 10/15 minutes driving you have supermarkets and other groceries in the other town, so bring yourself some food before you arrive, that’d make your staying easier. Hike and mountains are everywhere, and Marco will give you all the necessary recommendations for them. I’ll come back there for sure. Thanks Marcone.

The loft is beautiful. If you are going to spoil yourself this is how to do it. Space to enjoy outside on a terrace overlooking Florence. A lovely space to sit and watch a fire upstairs or go down for a swim in the eco pool. Lots of loving attention has been put into this place and it shows. The bathroom was the best we have encountered on our travels in Italy. Thanks for making this space available and loving it as you do.

Very good location (just outside the ZTL, traffic-calmed zone) Especially by car super convenient, you should not drive further into the old town and the private parking space in an enclosed courtyard is included in the accommodation. The old town is also within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The residential area looked clean and secure. The apartment is a good size for two people and a balcony. Basically very satisfied, towards the side street and inside of the building rather clairaudient. Very friendly hostess who responds in a timely manner. I will gladly come back.

Both the place and the hosts were great. It was very quiet and idyllic, the outdoor area invites you to relax and linger. Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached by car in <10 minutes and the location is perfect for day trips to all parts of Tuscany. Thank you for everything, we look forward to next time!

This place is an absolute gem! It was so breathtakingly beautiful, that we tried to delay our flights and stay longer! Every single family member was lovely! It truly did feel like home. My husband and I cannot wait to come back and bring family with us too. There simply aren't any words to describe how much we loved our time at Peruzzo!
