Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Cruz

We had a wonderful week at Monikas apartment! The Check in was good, Naty gave us some recommendations for the area. The apartment is beautiful and even bigger than on the pictures! 2 bed rooms, 2 Bath rooms, a full equipped kitchen and a huge balcony with a beautiful view! 30 minutes to Funchal, 15 to Ponta do Sol by car.

Madeira Nests is a great choice if you want to be in the center of Funchal and have all the amenities you could think of. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is decorated nicely and offers some tranquility and privacy in the middle of the city. The supermarket is right around the corner and nearly all Funchal highlights are at walking distance. Daniel is a great host and was very welcoming and pro active with recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed the stay - the sunsets from the balcony were our evening highlight! The apartment was great, there was nothing missing. Nellita was always available for questions and very helpful - we'd love to come back!

The accommodation has a great location, there are several bus stops within a 2-5 minute walk (bus Aeroport, bus 20/21 to Monte, large bus stop directly from the balcony). In the kitchen is everything you need for a short stay and on the TV you can connect directly with your own streaming app (Netflix, Disney+,...). In the bathroom there were plenty of towels and toilet paper for the entire stay. Check-in was straightforward, flexible, and the place was very easy to find. Corina always responded right away, was very friendly and helpful, I recommend the place to everyone.

Everything went smoothly, as described and instructed. The host was very helpful and flexible. For example, he agreed to a later checkout. Parking is a bit difficult due to few parking spaces in the neighborhood parking lot. There wasn't always space. On the other hand, there is public parking nearby for €6.5 per night.

We had a lovely stay at František’s. Tania was great at keeping us informed, responding quickly to any questions we had and was very friendly. The place has everything you need for a longer stay and the terrace is beautiful! I highly recommend it!

The house is very comfortable, with beautiful decor and was extremely clean. The location is great. We can take a walk with a wonderful sea view. It has nearby supermarket and several restaurants. The pools are also amazing! We highly recommend it!

We stayed here for one month and had a fantastic time. Manny is a great host and we felt very welcome. Boaventura is the perfect place if you are looking for a peaceful escape. There is a small supermarket in walking distance with very friendly staff and everything you need. There are a few different trails you can take and enjoy the beautiful nature or just enjoy the sun while sitting on the balcony. The internet is fast and reliable. We highly recommend this place. The house looks even nicer than in the photos and is great. The apartment is super clean and spacious and well equipped. Especially the kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for the nice hospitality.

The place is lovely, good walking distance to everything and easy access. Mario is very friendly and helpful. House has everything you need and really feels like a home. Be careful on the small stairs to the terrace when its rainy and enjoy the beautiful sea view.

We had a lovely stay in this typical house, everything is very comfortable, clean and quiet. It's safe to park your car. The location allows you to discover a very beautiful part of the island, hikes are located nearby. Joao and his family are very welcoming and attentive (homemade fruits, eggs, cakes and rum were offered to us upon arrival). Thank you so much for this stay!

The place is absolutely amazing. The location is superb - it's easy to get to every corner of the island and the view is incredible. We travel a lot and rent properties everywhere, this house was the best property we ever stayed at. Every little detail was thought through. The place was immaculate clean, with fully equipped kitchen, nice patio furniture, great showers, comfortable beds, etc. We fell in love with Madeira and if we come back, we will be reaching out to Dina again.

We enjoyed our stay at Antonio's place for a fam of 4 over a week's stay. When we were looking for a place we wanted a rural, quiet hideaway with a beautiful view and that's what we got! Spacious and comfortable, Antonio did a good job as a host, we can recommend the place as an alternative for anyone who doesn't look for 'big city entertainment' but a nice and quiet place to enjoy the island's naure and countryside.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Funchal. The view of the city is absolutely phenomenal. The house is clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Marco was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartement close to the airport and all nice spots in the island. The ocean is right front your balcony. Easy check-in, great instructions, you have there everything you need :) thank for accommodating me!

Very nice apartment, very clean and tidy. In close proximity to the airport but the insulation was so good you wouldn’t even notice the incoming aircraft. Everything was just like it was promised in the insert. Definitely worth the money, we enjoyed our trip to this beautiful island very much.

Large, well-equipped apartment with fabulous balcony. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds with good quality bed linen. Unfortunately during our stay there was excavation work being done (8am -5pm, Monday to Friday) at two building sites nearby, which meant that if we returned to the apartment late afternoon it was just too noisy to take advantage of the balcony - hopefully, once the excavation work has been completed, completion of the buildings will be a much quieter process! Other than the building noise the location is excellent, quiet and a ten minute walk to the heart of Funchal. Irina responded immediately to messages and was very understanding when we lost a set of keys.

Exactly as described, really nice if you want to live somewhere quiet but still be quite close to the city. View from the Balcony was amazing!
