Cilia's home is located in a quiet area which makes it ideal for having a restful evening after a busy day. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, and even allowed me to stay a bit past check out due to my flight being rescheduled to a later time. The area is low key, which worked perfectly for me because i work overnights so it was very peaceful while I was on my shift. Most things are within relatively close proximity if you don't mind walking a bit. I highly recommend staying here, and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be doing so myself.

We had a great time. It’s a great place to walk, close to University Ave dining and shopping area. Kathy was very helpful and the place had all we needed to cook our own dinners. Parking in the carport was very convenient as well.

This was my second stay with Sherry, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Sherry made me feel completely at home with her warm, accommodating nature. We had a great experience with Jessica and the property. The space was setup to be very comfortable right from the beginning. The amenities and layout were similar to hotel stays, with towels, soaps, body washes, toothbrushes, etc. all laid in each bathroom. The space itself provides plenty of space with three levels, so even with a few people in the home there's more than enough room to work and relax. Jessica was very prompt in communication and was able to assist with all our requests and changes. Thank you very much.

I stayed in the master bedroom for a month. Sunny is a very friendly and responsive host. He provided clear check-in instructions, and went through lengths to get an extra bedroom available for me on the date I requested. The house is almost next to Hwy 280 but insulation is excellent and I can't hear the road noise at all when the windows are closed. It took me some time to find the place the first time as the house entrance isn't located right on the street and I had to go through a private driveway to access. Once I found it, parking was easy as there is a parking spot reserved for the master bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the on-site laundry is very convenient.

We really enjoy staying with Tracy. She’s very kind and hospitality, makes our stay enjoyable. The room and place is clean with a good taste of design art decoration. Considering the price and location, I would highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It's large and private and spotlessly clean. Hosts is very attentive and the place is nice! The only challenge I faced was Internet connection was dropping in between. Rest all is good.

The property is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood but also close to everything necessary. Organizing the stay was simple and hassle-free.

Lu was very responsive. She has a massage chair she lets guests you (I didn't get the chance to, too busy but it's there). She also has a nice patio where you can sit and read or have a cup of tea or coffee if you have the time. The carpet was nice and soft and the bed was comfortable. Lu was very friendly too.

Akki is a great host, stayed for ~2 months and did not have any issue. Akki is very responsive. The location is great and the community is very nice. Highly recommended if you are looking for a stay in San Jose.

I had a great stay at Jackie and Deja’s place. The shared space was exceptionally clean, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs I had during my stay. It felt comfortable and welcoming. Jackie and Deja were both attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, affordable and friendly place to stay.

clean, quiet and close to Bart station & Trader's Joe. I stayed in Paris room, a place behind a sliding door, next to the kitchen. Once you open it, there is a mid-size drawers on your righthand side and the private bathroom is in your front. The bathroom is very clean with towels and showerzel. (I recommend to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/tooth brush and toothpaste) Then on your lefthand side, your private room with one bed, one small desk & chair, bedside lamp, and a big closet where you can hang your clothes. Behind a room door, there is a key on the hanger and you can lock your room door when you go out. (It was useful as the main sliding door to Paris room does not have a lock inside) For those travellings with heavy luggages - no elevator. For those with a light luggages should be fine. The detergent odor was a bit too strong for me but it was personal and this explains the places are clean and managed well. Paul was very responsive and helpful. Smooth Check in/out.

I was so pleased with the location and how easy it was to find everything :) The room + private bathroom was everything my partner and I was looking for! The host is responsive and made all the processes easy to follow. Overall great experience!

My sister and I had a wonderful and easy time here. Rennan made us feel welcome and his family is the sweetest. He helped us to find parking and always offered to help whenever we needed it. nice quiet location. responsive hosts. overall nice experience. recommendations: a water heater or a coffee machine would be nice. and if you guys had a washer/dryer, could have easily charged $10/night more.
