Villa vacation rentals in Santa Catalina Island

We loved our stay at Roya’s home. First, the home is lovely and is in an amazing area. We loved how walkable it was to coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The outside patio with the fire pit and the large amount of seating was great. My husband and I were with our 2 daughters (ages 24 and 27) and their spouse and significant other. The 3 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom was perfect. Personally we loved that the lights turned off (only during the daytime and only after 2 hours). Seems like a great way to conserve some energy if they aren’t needed and if they are needed it is easy enough to turn them back on. I would love to have them in our home! We also enjoyed the tile throughout the updated, upscale home. So much easier to keep clean. We found Roya to be very helpful and leave very detailed instructions. We also loved the local art she had on the 2nd floor. It truly is a lovely home in a great area. I recommend it highly and can’t wait to return.

Our family enjoyed our time at this beautiful cute little villa. Access to the beach was much closer than expected. My kids loved it! Our 6lbs maltee-poodle enjoyed her beach walks. We had a beautiful view of the beach and bougainvilleas! We definitely recommend this villa.

We had a nice time with our family. The kitchen was nice and clean. The hot tub was great. Lots of space for parking was good. Great location, close to restaurants and coffee shops. The kids liked the playground across the street.

If you are looking for a five star amazing property in the Corona Del Mar area. Look no more. This property is the bomb. It sold me just on the beautiful amenities, but it also had the second bathroom, the washer and dryer and the designated parking spot. On top of all that, communication was awesome. A definite two thumbs up for this property and I will definitely be back .

Thanks for the stay! We had a great time in LA and this was the perfect retreat at the end of each day. The house was clean and had lots of spaces for the kids to play. The backyard area is much larger than pictured. Sabrina was responsive and helpful with anything needed. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

My stay at Reed’s was so great! The location is fantastic, even without a car! It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and a bunch of restaurants. The house and garden are absolutely beautiful! The room was very comfortable and well set up, and the bathroom had nice amenities. Being able to use the wellness facilities (hot tub, saunas, and cold plunge) was the perfect treat to help me recover in between nights of a music festival. Reed and his family were wonderful hosts, and they made my stay really fantastic!

this place was perfect for the two of us for the weekend. clean and it had everything we needed. the patio with beach view was nice. easy to walk just about anywhere and the trolley was there for places just a bit too far to walk

Great location, Very walkable to local shops and restaurants. there is a grocery store right across the street. Lanai is in the back of the building so you don't have a direct beach view but they do have a great shared balcony with plenty of seating and great views. There is a private staircase that gives you direct beach access in thw front of the Multiplex. would stay here again.

What a week! Reed's place is so unusual. Yes, it's a wellness locale with saunas and a cold plunge in back, a quiet room for breathwork and another for workouts - but it's also a home - a very elegant one - and so trusting! We kind of gingerly walked in, thinking OMG, this is a sanctuary! Should we be quiet? Can we sit here, can we sit there? We were soon invited to Human Aeon as our home, partake of the saunas and cold plunge, work out in the workout rooms, enjoy the terrace, use the kitchen. No worries! Most of all, the people involved were kind, easy-going, and so very welcoming. We only hope it's available the next time we visit our son in Long Beach!

My sister and I LOVED Beth’s Casita at Terranea Resort. Being able to celebrate my sister bday and relax poolside with amazing views and amenities was so worth it. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
