Monthly Rentals in Santa Barbara Downtown

I had a great time spending about a month at Marie’s place. I found it to be very comfortable and well-appointed, with everything I needed for my stay. It’s also conveniently located and only a short walk to many great shops and restaurants. Marie was a great host and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Krystle was hands down the best host we have ever had. She could easily teach other hosts what true client service looks like. The condo is in the best location and walkable to wonderful restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, coffee shops, the farmers market, beach and the art museum. The parking is safe, convenient and secure. For the two plus months we were here it only rained once. Absolutely gorgeous weather. You won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back.

This place is absolutely magical. It’s quiet and secluded but also right next to downtown Santa Barbara. We stayed here for a month and my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! I can’t recommend this sweet casita highly enough!!

Jessica’s “cottage” was the perfect home base for our Santa Barbara trip. The space was immaculately clean and quite comfortable for my mom and myself. The location was also perfect. We were quick drive to State St (the downtown area) and the pier. And as a runner I appreciated the beautiful neighborhood for my morning runs as well as the proximity to the ocean. Jessica herself was very kind and communicative and gave clear instructions. 10/10 would recommend for a two person stay.
