Thank you for a perfect stay. This was one of the best Airbnb stays I have had. Franci and her husband were both great. The space was very clean, and comfortable. The backyard was full of springtime delight. The neighborhood was beautiful and in close proximity to everything. I would love to stay here again when visiting Ojai.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! SUP Fitness Training was challenging after our long days on the water, but it was incredibly rewarding. it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

David was a great host and quick to reply. There was a very minor issue with a shower draining on a Saturday, and he had a plumber out there next day to check on it! I had a few issues with the tv streaming occasionally not loading with the wifi, but nothing major. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. 10 minute safe walk to the beach. Convenient parking in the alley. Quiet neighborhood!

The house was very homey and comfortable. We felt very welcomed by them and they left us our privacy. They provided us with water and snacks every day and gave us tips of good places around the area. All in all amazing company and would definitely recommend to anyone!

This place is so adorable and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. We will be back. I love the feeling of places with character and real antique furniture. They didn’t miss a thing when setting up the place!

beautiful place to stay, I didn't want to leave. the house was beautiful and the room was easy to find. as you walk up to the house you're surrounded by an assortment of plants that really tie in to coastal california. the host has cookies coffee and water available to guest throughout the day. it's a 16 minute walk to the downtown area. the walk is beautiful and safe. The host will text you with time slots on when you want breakfast. do not pass up the breakfast.

The Hobbit Hole was such an unique and whimsical experience. You can tell Rod put in a tremendous amount of thoughts and work that went into building this experience. The check in process was super smooth, and Rod and Adria were both extremely helpful and friendly. We got local history as well as restaurant recommendations from them. The stay was comfortable and cozy, with Los Alamos feeling like a town stuck in the point in time. Right next to the property is the Union Hotel which looks straight out of an old western movie. 5/5 would recommend to any Lord of the Rings/Hobbit fans. I can't wait to come back for other experience on the property.

A unique stay that is well kept. You will actually WANT to spend time in your room. We plan to come back next year try out the Egyptian suite. Highly recommend.

Recently stayed in the Egyptian suite at the Vick and wow is all I can say. The innkeepers were very welcoming and helpful during the stay. Breakfast was amazing with a private balcony. Would def recommend to others

Had a wonderful stay. Me and my boyfriend loved our room. The unique details and effort put into creating an experience and special atmosphere are worth the money. A kind lady named Denise met us and gave us a brief history of the mansion, gave us great local recommendations and explained everything in the room to us. The breakfast they served us was delicious. We can’t recommend this place enough and were excited to come back and try another room!
