This is an outstanding property with a wonderful and responsive host. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. The house is very private and well appointed, maintained and stocked with quality produce and supplies - we were also welcomed by a beautiful hamper, and warm service. The property itself has stunning views from almost every window. We enjoyed using the gym (located in an adjacent private building which can also be used as a study), pool and spa. We had a few things on our list to visit for the Huon Valley but were very content to stay at the house and enjoy all the amenities. We would most definitely return here when visiting Tasmania.

Had a wonderful stay. House was clean and had everything we needed to use during our stay. The kids loved the pool and having some floatation toys readily available to use was a much enjoyed bonus! Hubby and I enjoyed sitting outside once the kids were settled in bed to enjoy a drink and the view. Would definitely stay here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Orford Pavilion, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations, providing the ultimate sanctuary amidst nature's embrace. As a Tasmanian local, finding a nearby retreat that allows for true disconnection can be challenging, but this property offered a complete sanctuary where I felt fully disconnected from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The walking trails leading to the coastline unveiled picture-perfect spots where we were fortunate enough to witness a stunning full moon. The views are breathtaking. We also relished refreshing dips in the heated pool and enjoyed meditation sessions in the yoga studio. The open-plan design features soaring cathedral ceilings, abundant natural light, and stylish interiors that blend seamlessly with the breathtaking bushland. T attention to detail throughout the entire property is impeccable, with spaces thoughtfully arranged to allow for privacy if you were a larger group. Cannot wait to return!

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

One of the best air bnb’s I have stayed in. My toddler son had the best time in the pool, playground and especially talking to the chickens. Julie was an amazing host will definitely stay there again on future visits.

Freya’s place is in a stellar location and had everything you need for a sweet stay in Hobart. Freya was easy to contact, friendly and left a homely touch all over the accommodation. We would stay here again!

This was a great stay for my family and I. Walkable to Richmond’s cafes and shops, whilst feeling like a private holiday space. The house and rooms were well appointed, with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. We loved the hot spa!

Second time we have stayed at Tony's and the accommodation is fantastic - clean, large space, plenty of fun with pinball machines and arcade games! Very easy place to be at and great communication from Tony. Will definitely stay again.

20 Montagu Bay Road in Montagu Bay, Tasmania, is a fantastic property in a beautiful location with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Julie was a wonderful host—she was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Tasmania!

Excellent place to stay. Masterful renovation of an old house. Very comfortable for us and our daughters family including baby grandson who met his 94 year old great grandmother at Ferntree which was the main purpose of the trip Everything worked out very well at the house. Only one toilet in the main house but well designed space so we could use toilet while someone else was showering Wonderful pear and quince trees in the backyard. The local birds had a feast every morning Thanks for sharing such a great house

Came home from WA to farewell my mum. Close to other family and a beautiful place to just breathe after hectic days. The fire was superb. The pademelons, quiet company, and the stars at night were amazing and the fresh air, beautiful!

Had to fly to Hobart for a brief stay to attend funeral. Brendan was very accommodating with checkin time as had three sisters all flying in around midday and we has access to our accommodation. Plenty of space for car, very close to beach , and nice outdoor setting to sit outside. Would highly recommend this airB&B.

We have stayed at the Provider House twice now, with a car it is an easy drive in and out of Hobart. Always wonderful to return to the peace and quiet of Lenah Valley and this house. We have spent time in Japan and our stays here feel like a continuum of that experience. When visiting be sure to allocate time to actually enjoy the house, we loved it. J & M

We had a lovely stay in Kingston, the house was as described and had everything we needed. Very clean and great amenities.

Kat was a wonderful host. As well as chocolates and coffee/milk, drinks waiting to greet us, Kat had gone over and above to accommodate the 10 week old baby in our party. She had acquired a changing mat and set up a changing station, there was a baby bath, a rug and a cute koala baby towel for him to use as well as ample laundry facilities, all offered by Kat pro-actively. Excellent communication before, during and after our visit. We loved the house, modern bathrooms and kitchen but with lovely old features,; picture rail, kitchen dresser etc Though it felt cool on arrival, ample heating soon made it warm. CBD accessible, driving- good parking in the town centre, Ubers readily available, or lovely walk alongside the rivulet. Best breakfast at ginger and brown. Good drinks, food at Cascade brewery Good views from the house, towards the city and towards the mountain. Pademelons were lovely in the front/back gardens, and nextdoor on the left, at the back, under tree. Highly recommended

We were satisfied with our three night stay here. Location was great, very close, walking distance to shops, chemist, restaurants. Easy walk into Salamanca and CBD. We did cook and found kitchen and dinning area very nice. Front and back gardens are cosy. Even though on main road, inside was quiet. Two Queen rooms are up stairs, with the twin room on the bottom floor where the entry, kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom is. The lounge area is comfortable with smart TV and good Wi-Fi. We used the washer and dryer and they worked well. Our only drawback was the art in the hallway, which we found dark. We know art is subjective so it’s understandable it doesn’t suit everyone’s taste. I hope they will take these comments with the kindness intended and maybe find something more neutral in subject.

Very welcoming and cosy place, walkable to lots of cafes and restaurants. Loved it!
