Vacation rentals with a patio in Sandpoint

The place was amazing very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was a little small but definitely do able. The kitchen was amazing and nice to cook in only thing was I could find a kitchen fan while I was cooking so we ended up opening the door and using a portable fan to help move everything outside. The bed was so comfortable. And the tv was amazing. If and when I go to scarywood again I would definitely book with Nick again. Also loved waking up to the turkeys in the yard we nice to see a bit of wildlife other then the squirrels.

I read the reviews about how quiet and peaceful the location is... not realizing it's in the middle of the city. We stayed in winter, so none of the lush folliage others mentioned. The history of the house is quite remarkable - make sure you read the binder. Allan was great and very responsive/informative. Side note: If you like firm mattresses...this is definitely your place!

The place was great! More room than I was expecting. I liked the kitchen area and a good amount of amenities. The bathroom was clean and pretty spacious. The host was also very fast at communicating when clarify anything or answering my question. Would definitely stay here again and also appreciated that it was pet friendly!! My pups enjoyed their stay as well!

Ryan was great! Very friendly and available for any questions immediately. The place was beautiful and immaculate. We felt very comfortable there and hope to stay there again the next time we come to visit.

These accommodations did not disappoint! The spaciousness was more than we anticipated and we felt comfortably at home immediately upon entering. The beds and linens are super comfy and the cleanliness throughout the unit is impeccable. The street and business noise was minimally intrusive, but not unexpected as Jennings fully disclosed the location and nature of the surroundings in her description. Plus it was lovely being within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. Jennings clearly understands the assignment when it comes to providing a superior standard of host services and accommodations for her guests.

Karen is a great host!! She was super quick to respond, very kind, and made sure our stay was comfortable. The location was great, walking distance to parks and very close to downtown. Everything was clean and we felt right at home. Thank you so much, Karen! We appreciate your hospitality.

Beautiful and quiet home!!

Will definitely stay again and invite friends to rent the other two suites. The shared outdoor space would be great for a group. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a family reunion we were attending. The bathroom was immaculate and spacious (I am now convinced that we need a bidet at home!). The owner is very responsive and gracious.

Nice comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Easy walk to Downtown CDA. We would come back. Cynthia was very accommodating and easy to contact.

We would absolutely stay here again! It was perfect for us. The house also had everything you would need. I loved having a fenced in back yard. Rob was a super host and we appreciated that. In addition, we both slept comfortable and well. The location was so convenient for us. Definitely a 5 🌟 star!

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

Gorgeous setting on the river!! The garden was beautiful, the home had everything we needed to cook fabulous meals including a nice grill on the deck. We used the kayaks to venture up and down the river each day and loved the hot tub each evening overlooking the river. We saw eagles each morning as we enjoyed our coffee on the wonderful deck. The red squirrels were entertaining as well. Can’t wait to book our return visit!!

Eren’s sweet bungalow is as though you’ve stepped back in time to Mayberry with all the touches of hipster! I hated to leave!! It is the perfect retreat to experience the best of Coeur d’Alene from! Don’t miss this one!!!

We loved our stay in Michele's condo overlooking the river. Parking for 1 small car onsite was great. Location very nice, walkable to some restaurants, shopping, even a movie theatre. Or a nice walk along the river. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, and we really loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having our coffee overlooking the water and would not hesitate to rebook this excellent home again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

Home was very clean. More emendates than I expected. Top Floor and Neighbors are not noisy. The yard was great for having a dog that needs area for play. You can really tell Angels takes pride in her home. Would recommend staying with Angela. Thank you.

We had a great stay with Tyfanieamd she was very responsive during our visit. This was our second time staying in Tyfanie's condo and we plan to stay here any time we are back at the Silver Mountain Resort!

Great stay in Kellogg at the base of Silver Mountain. I will certainly come back during ski season and stay.

This condo is comfortable, relaxing and clean. The Riverstone area has nice shops and restaurants. Even though it is a popular area it is peaceful. This area is convenient to most of the city. Our host was responsive to our needs and thanked us for staying. I would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Cameron's place! It's above a coffee shop which is so easy and convenient in the mornings for an excellent latte. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you may need. The location is central to everything - it is even just a quick walk to a new Trader Joe's! We will definitely be back - amazing host that was super communicative and gave us lots of local recommendations.
