Spacious, clean, and quiet. Would happily stay here again the next time we end up in Spokane.

We had a wonderful stay in Cammie's place! It was cozy, comfortable, spotless, very well stocked, and has the most convenient access to the slopes you could ask for. We have been visiting Schweitzer for many years (first before kids and then after having kids) and have tried different condos, houses, and hotels. This place is my favorite so far. The furnishings are tasteful, the beds are comfortable, everything is new and in working order (rare for a ski pad!) and the location makes your ski/ride day so easy, even with young kids. The hardest part with our kids was convincing them to leave the comforts of the condo. In terms of amenities and stocking, it couldn't be beat. It's not often that the kitchen utensils in your rental are as good as or better than what you have at home, but that was the case here. Communication was friendly and prompt, thanks Robbi! Overall, a great experience. We can't wait to come back!

Location was perfect, the building was so nice and quiet. Definitely recommend and everything was super clean and comfortable. Thank you Dan for making our stay in Spokane so nice and welcoming.

Eric's place is in a great beautiful location. It was clean. Very quiet. Rachel the property manager was quick to respond to our questions. It is close to Spirit lake and about 30 mins to Silver Wood. We did a hike close to Spirit Lake and kayaked. The hot tub and pool were very nice.

I love staying at places that exceed expectations along with great, communicative hosts! This place was exactly what we were looking for with a great layout and very clean. We had detailed information that was easy to follow, both online and at the home. Already looking forward to our next visit to Coeur d'Alene, thank you Alexa!

Excellent, well appointed place. Would definitely stay here again. Check in is straightforward once you figure out there’s no visitor parking but once you pick up the garage door opener and find the parking space, it’s smooth sailing. Can’t say enough about the condo. Fantastic!!

Great place for our family of 6! Our host was quick to respond when we needed them even though it was late in the evening and worked with us until the issue was resolved. We appreciated the coffee and snacks they provided as well. We would stay here again!

Great view. Convenient to the ski resort. Village was quiet since its off season, but there was still lots to do - horseback riding, mountain biking, lift to the mountain top, etc.

We loved our stay in Michele's condo overlooking the river. Parking for 1 small car onsite was great. Location very nice, walkable to some restaurants, shopping, even a movie theatre. Or a nice walk along the river. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, and we really loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having our coffee overlooking the water and would not hesitate to rebook this excellent home again.

First off, the condo is GORGEOUS. The place is spotless, quite roomy (family of 5), and had everything we needed and more. Second, the views. Can't say how beautiful it is because, until you're there, pictures don't do it justice. Lastly, the location and grounds are wonderful. Clean, manicured, green, direct beach access... also a heated pool, spa, weight/cardio room - all an easy walk to downtown Sandpoint and shops/restaurants (we did cheat and drive a few times though). Host was fabulous. I just had a few questions and they got back to me VERY quickly. They were SOOO kind and personable, too. That means a lot to me. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location right on the Spokane River in the back of the building. Small gym next to the unit. Surrounded by great restaurants. Pickleball courts only a 6 min drive. Loved the location. The restaurant downstairs has unbelievable food.

Had an amazing time, was so peaceful, right on the water. Would recommend to family and friends.

Our family had a great time staying here, we made so many wonderful memories! Easy access to CDA resort via boat or Uber $25 to get into town if you don’t want to drive. The house is absolutely gorgeous the views from the rooms are incredible especially at night.

Our stay at Cassie's beautiful home was just what we had hoped for. Our whole family was able to be together for Thanksgiving in a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The fireplace was awesome and the outdoor spaces were enjoyed by everyone. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals in an open space while visiting with each other. We will hopefully be back someday.

The host was great and so was the house. Any questions I had Kim responded to right away. The house is in a nice spot and the lake access is a great bonus. It’s amazing that grocery stores and restaurants are right up the road because you feel so secluded. The house is definitely an older home but it has been updated sufficiently, but you will still see some aspects of the older house (which isn’t a bad thing). I pretty much only used upstairs except one night I had a family member stay downstairs and another Ac unit could probably be used down there. I suppose this would only be relevant during the hot hot months though. Last but certainly not least. Easiest checkout instructions I’ve had with a rental. This hose doesn’t ask a lot of you which is nice. I’ve had some where they expect alot

This place was clean, spacious and they provided snacks and drinks for guests. The location was private and not too far from restaurants. I loved that the beds were all king size and that each room had a spacious place to keep your clothes. Bathrooms were big and spacious. I also loved how many mirrors were around the house as a lot of places don’t offer full size mirrors. House had a gym, hot tub, and fire pit and it felt very very spacious for the people that stayed. Overall, it was a great find and we loved the cozy and homey vibe of the place.

Just need more pillows. I sleep with 4. My wife sleeps with 2 There are to things that relate to safety. No hand rails up to second floor. And the stairs down to the laundry are dangerous. There needs to be a chest for clothes in the both bedrooms. We used our suit cases. Same as last year. Also a hair dryer. We have beautify wives and of course then are great fly fishing and like to have great hair. LOL As I am an Architect, I am always concerned about liability. A handrail to the 2nd floor would be fairly simple using the logs that extend out at the top and bottom The stairs down would have to be rebuilt. But if someone falls, that could be a serious issue. It would take a 3 person carpentry crew to tear out and build back a stair that all the risers are the same height. WE will be returning, next year we hope. Victor Bowman

Million dollar view! Enjoyed the view from most areas in the house. Well stocked kitchen for delicious meals. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room. Wifi was excellent. Jonathan the host is very responsive and helpful.

This beautiful home sits up above Coeur d Alene lake. The view cannot be matched except by Jay and Kathy's welcoming hospitality. We spent an October weekend (surprise snowstorm and all) playing games, sitting in the hot tub, laughing and enjoying the view in this beautiful home. The special touches of the spa baskets, cookies, bread, chocolates and snore fixings were so thoughtful. They even set the dining table, in preparation for our first night's dinner. While Jay and Kathy are on the property, we didn't know they were even there. I came early to set some things up for my group of ladies and spent some time visiting with them. They are wonderful people. Kathy checked in with us on the first day and brought us some lovely treats. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy this property and it's hosts again. Thank you Jay and Kathy!
