what can I say!! open the door to be met by a lovely fresh clean smell and a well stocked and thoughtful hamper, fresh fruit bowl and loaf of bread on the table. Big tell in the lounge area. tv in other rooms, all with Internet. Fresh milk in the fridge. The host definitely has put a lot of thought in to this place. All the kitchen utensils you could shake a stick at. Rebecca was very responsive to a couple of questions I had which was great. all beds were extremely comfy. Best caravan we've stayed in by far. Can't wait to return.

Really great stay at Coco By The Bay. The place is appointed really nicely and has much bigger floor space and lovely high ceilings than the pictures can show. It was immediately very homely and although I was worried about it being cold in the winter weather, it was very cozy. The thermostat was set prior to our arrival and therefore was always warm to come back to after the countryside or across the road on the beach. Angela had got the place warm, clean and ready for arrival, so this was welcome after a long journey from 'up North'! Communication was EXCELLENT- very pro-active with clear check in and check out instructions. Decent wifi connection and kitchen well appointed for longer stays. The coffee machine was very welcome from my point of view- felt like a high end hotel suite! Also, the use of a comfy sofa bed was welcomed due to my snoring! Very romantic main bedroom with feature fireplace. Blinds might be welcome for lounge windows and cobwebs removed around windows but minor

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb it was huge so definitely perfect for big families. Felt like we needed a day or two extra to fully enjoy it but it was a quick stay just to relax and it did exactly that. Hot tub was lovely :). Charlotte bought balloons and banners last minute for me so thankful for that. Chinese takeaway and shops so close and only a 10 minute drive so that was also great. This can’t be helped but the location on a business site was a little strange to see at first having stayed in a lot of Airbnbs with picturesque views, however it didn’t spoil the trip and I did feel once we shut the blinds etc it felt private.

Amazing host, great communication considering it was so last minute and flexibility on check in timing which made such a difference after a nightmare experience with a previous accommodation. Thank you for the amazing stay. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area again.

This place is beautifully decorated and celebrates the history of Leigh on Sea. I have rented Lisa’s Old Leigh cottage in many occasions through the years and and will definitely do it again. It does feel like a second home for my family and friends. Highly recommend !

Lovely cottage on the grounds of another home. Close to both Tankerton and Whitstable. Home was snug and warm and a great alternative to a hotel. Sally left us a welcome pack that was a gift arriving late evening.

This is my second stay at Jane’s place. My dogs love the secure garden space. Beach walks they love too. Love the changes with the kitchen since my last stay and look forward to next year when hopefully I can book again x thank you Jane
