Monthly Rentals in Sandia Heights

This is the third time we’ve stayed here, and it was clean and comfortable every time. Loved the Nespresso machine and flavored coffee. The house faces east/west so you get a great view of the sunrise over Sandias from the kitchen in the morning and an unobstructed view of the sunset from the living room/dining area in the evening. Will definitely stay again next year!

Barbara was very accommodating. I was going through a lot in life and this place was so serene and peaceful. The horses and other animals were very therapeutic for me. Very close to everything you need but also felt like you weren’t in the city. If it wasn’t already booked I would still be there.

Enjoyed our month long stay. Beautiful area, nice for walking. We were lucky to have fairly nice weather during the day. It was nice to return to a warm room when it got to freezing outside. Jen and Billy were very friendly and helpful while respecting our privacy.

Beverly is tops! She has created a charming, quintessential, New Mexican casita that offers a warm, Southwestern ambience, comfort, convenience, safety, Nature, and stunning Sandia Mountain views. Beverly welcomed us with THE BEST Margaritas plus homemade guacamole and chips, communicated with us regularly, and was available to help however she could. Her high energy level, knowledge of the area, and customer service were beyond excellent. Thank you, Beverly!
